Anyways, while I think that it's just a lightbulb, I'd go with the compact florescent bulbs. You'll save money and energy that way.

Compact fluorescent bulbs are more energy efficient, better for environment. If you can tolerate flurescent bulbs go for it. If you get migraines and are bothered by fluorescent bulbs go with #1 (though I don't think #2 is bad!).

I almost forgot about this and just came in check out another thread.

I choose neither of the ones I posted and went with the compact fluorescence.

They are great because our bedroom ceiling is so high up so I hope they last longer than normal bulbs.
