Suddenly I have seriously dry skin under my eyes - it even feels rough! Not sure what's up with that. Do you use a separate moisturizer for under eyes as the rest of your face? Whether you do or don't, if you love your facial moisturizer please share.

I use Mary Kay's Timewise eye cream. That and "her" satin lip stuff are the only things I have, but I love both of them. I was using a neutrogena eye cream and it was nice, but I like the Mary Kay stuff better. It's about $22 or $23. I have no idea why eye creams are so expensive. I also use L'Oreal's Future-E moisturizer for all over my face and I really like it. It's very light on yet it has sunscreen in it as well. Most moisturizers with sunscreens are thick and gross IMO.
I use Origins' Eye Doctor cream. It moisturizes and lightens undereye circles (it also claims to lessen crow's feet, but I don't have any, so I can't speak to its effectiveness in that area). I use it morning and night and I love it! It's $25 or $26 for a container, but it lasts a long time (even used twice a day).
I have VERY sensitive skin, especially around my eyes. I have found that when the skin gets that dry and irritated, nothing works better than breaking open a liquid Vitamin E pill and spreading the liquid around my eyes. Also, Vaseline works well, too.
But when I don't have really dry, cracked skin, I'm a fan of Oil of Olay Regenerist for eyes. It's $20, but it lasts me more than a month and _. You don't need to use a lot of it.
Bumping this thread up...I'm trying to find a good moisturizing eye cream. I am 29 with fairly dry, sensitive skin, and I'm starting to notice the beginnings of crow's feet/fine lines. I mainly notice them when I smile, and I do think my eye area is dry which may accentuate it. Currently I am using an Aveda eye gel, and I don't think it is moisturizing enough. Any recommendations?
I use Oil of Olay Total Effects eye cream. I've had the same little pot of it for about 3 months, and still have about half of it left. I really like it.
I actually changed my eye cream because someone recommended a different brand. It is called IS Clinical and so far I really like it. I can at least see an improvement when it comes to the dark circles under my eyes. Plus it feels more refreshing when I apply it. It is difficult to find and kind of pricey though (I believe it will last awhile). It's around $60 and I don't know who carries it but I got it online.
Okay, I use Loreal Revitalift around my eyes... BUT I used to get similar to what the OP said on my eye lids and my dermatologist recommended hydrocordisone (I can't spell and I'm too tired to check it right now) cream. It actually works quite well....

I have small lines around my eyes when I smile, and the area is dry as I noticed my concealer wasn't laying correctly. Unfortunately, I initially tried Clinique "All About Eyes" and that stuff was disgustingly greasy--to the point my concealer was sliding off. Gross.
I was recommended this, Lancome Progres. Slightly expensive, yes, but I do see a huge improvement. It isn't "anti-aging" but geared more towards preventing the furthering of aging/slowing it down.
