BensGirl Thanks for the Facebook tip. I found it and like the added motivation.
I did W1D2 last night and I could tell I definately need the day off between runs. I got through it but my joints were hurting and I am still a little sore today. I am planning to run again tomorrow.
I don't have a treadmill so I am doing all my running outside. I think I would get bored on a treadmill but I also know running outside will be a lot less appealing the hotter it gets this summer.
lbs27 thats geat you did the 20 min run! It is hard to believe that if I stick with this I will be able to do that in just a few weeks. Right now I probably could not run more than 3 min without stopping.
