Hi Ladies!!! Are we doing this, or not?! I really want to, in fact, I have been...I have to figure out which week to consider myself. I would love to know about others and their running!!!
I was planning on starting yesterday, but have come down with some odd combination of the flu, a cold, and allergies... I'm home sick from work today. I'm going to play it by ear for this week.
I'm starting the middle of this week after DH gets paid 'cuz I realized I don't have any running shoes... he gets paid Wednesday so I'll probably start Thursday...
That is a good goal! I've still got this nasty bug, went back to work today but left early. I'm hoping to be up and at it by the weekend... I feel like a big slug!
Ugh. I am sick too! I think mine is allergies, but my head feels like it is going to explode. I really will start when I feel better. And, I am an excellent butt-kicker
Yay! I just ran .6 miles without walking outside. I really didn't want to go today, but I "forced" my self out there with some self trash talk. I am starting really slowly and plan to build up over the winter. I am a good 60 pounds or so over weight so running that distance without walking is a big acomplishment for me.
I hope to hear more from others taking the running plunge.
