Breakfast 6-6:30; lunch by 11:30; dinner 5-5:30 is ideal for us with or without kids. We are early risers and go to bed early.

Bed by 9 pm for adults no later than 8 pm for kids. We never eat anything after 7 pm, meaning no snacking after dinner.

My ideal time for breakfast would be 9:00, lunch at 1:00, and dinner at 7:00, but that's never going to happen.

I'm a teacher, and my lunchtime is at 11:00, and I have kids who are in bed by 8:30. My ds has sports practice at 6:00, so if we don't eat around 5:15, he won't be able to eat until 8:00.

My ideal is breakfast at 7:30, lunch at 12:00 and then dinner at 5:30

We usually stick to this during the summer but once I go back to work (teacher too) it's off. Breakfast at 6:30, lunch at 12:45 and then dinner around 6:30 after swim practice.

The kids eat breakfast around 7:30 and I usually eat about 8:30 after my oldest catches the bus. I like lunch at 12 noon, and dinner is usually anywhere between 6 and 7:30 depending on when DH gets home. I'd love to have dinner at 6 each night but activities and DHs unpredictable schedule throw that off.

I'm another late person, although I am also not a very regimented person. Breakfast is not a very organized affair in our house, and it happens whenever we wake up. DD needs to be out the door by about 8:45, so she's usually eating her breakfast at 8:30-ish. If she sleeps later on weekends (which she often does), she eats later. My breakfast is usually something like a granola bar, and I either eat it while I'm driving her to school, or maybe while I'm getting her lunch packed and stuff. "Lunch" for me is totally sporadic, and doesn't always consist of an actual meal, but possibly more like a series of smaller snacks whenever I feel like it. If I am having lunch with friends, then I'll probably eat an actual meal, and generally around 12-1-ish. And dinner...if DH is home for dinner, we usually eat as a family about 7:30-8:00. If DD is hungry earlier, she gets a healthy snack or part of her dinner. If DH is not home for dinner, DD usually will eat at 6-ish, and I'll probably treat dinner the same way I treat lunch (grab whatever, whenever). Sounds pretty lame when I type it out.
