Laura- Make it! It is delicious! I ate THREE pieces the day I made it. I had to bring half of it over to a friend's house to save me from myself!

Everything Skinnytaste I've made has been excellent. We've tried the Carne Guisada, the Asian Crockpot pork with Mushrooms (one of my very favorites), spaghetti and meatball soup, chicken pot pie soup (maybe one of my favorite soups ever), Chicken and broccoli noodle casserole, and Chicken and White Bean Enchiladas with Creamy Salsa Verde. I'm pretty picky and consider myself a good cook, and these were all keepers.

WW Bacon Ranch Crockpot Chicken - It was easy, but I thought it was just ok. The yogurt made it too tangy for my tastes.

Chicken pot pie cups- I saw these floating around a lot. They were very easy and kid-friendly, but I thought they were a little bland.

I've made these Ham and Cheese Poppyseed sliders 3 or 4 times. They are very kid-friendly and a great meal to take to new moms along with some soup. I personally skip the mayo and miracle whip step (saves a lot of time and IMO doesn't affect the flavor). I also use dijon mustard instead of yellow mustard.

Pesto chicken pasta is really good. Not so terribly healthy, but the recipe makes one to eat and one to freeze. It is super easy and tasty enough for company.

    smashed potatoes

    balsamic honey glazed carrots

    crock pot potato soup

    roasted mushroom and green beans

    Here's what I've made

Creamy Shrimp with Mushrooms My DH said it was restaurant quality.

Theses make-ahead egg wraps - good if you don't have time to make a fresh sandwich in the morning

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Dip - I've made this a few times. It has chickpeas in it, but you really would never know.

Spinach & Artichoke Pasta - This was good, but I don't like lemon so I wouldn't use it next time and I might add olives.

Yay, lots of new pins today of recipes to try!

cactus - If you like lemon baked goods, you have to try these cookies: Lemon Ricotta Cookies with Lemon Glaze. They are so good. One of the best cookies I make.

Great idea Laura! I was just wishing the other day that there was a review place for Pinterest recipes.

I've made Banana Cake which was pretty good. The batter was to die for...I could have eaten the whole bowl, but the cake was a lot denser than I anticipated. I also added a touch of butter to the frosting which is more in line with my usual cream cheese frosting.

This barbacoa-pork was pretty good but lacked a little flavor. Then again its from skinny taste.

We really liked these tilapia tacos but also found them a bit bland so I think next time we are going to try with them crab and bay shrimp which is similar to a recipe from a restaurant we love.

I loved this corn chowder. Great flavor but it seemed a bit thick...I need to figure out a way to thin it out a bit more.

And yeah we liked this blueberry breakfast cake even though I substituted regular milk for buttermilk it still turned out good. If I remember correctly I had to add a lot of time to the baking time stated because it was way underdone in the middle.

This butter chicken recipe is AWESOME http://pinterest.com/pin/248401735666756509/ It yields a bit too much sauce so I would add more chix than called for in the recipe. Need to make this again bc my husband loved it, and he is really picky.
This chix parm recipe is pretty good http://pinterest.com/pin/248401735666756547/ but my daughter will only sometimes eat it, and my husband barely tolerates it. He is picky about his meat, and he will only eat very few types of meat and they have to be prepared a particular way.
We love this baked broccoli http://pinterest.com/pin/248401735666745222/, but I can never figure out how to cook it without some burning.

I've pinned a bunch, but the only thing I've tried so far has been the mix for Cream of Something Soup
I've used it several times as a substitute for cream of mushroom soup in casserole recipes - the only problem is getting the consistency quite right, and the fact that you heat it to get the liquids combined with the mix. I've contemplated trying to just mix it up cold, as the cooking instructions are for soup after all, and if you can put the condensed stuff in before cooking, you probably could just mix the liquids into the mix for casseroles that are going to be cooked after anyways, I just haven't had the time/bravery to try it yet.
