Thank you for the welcome, I'm super excited to get to join in! I'll probably try to wait until 12 dpo, just because I know that if I test too early and get a bfn it will be really disappointing. I use ovusoft and FF and as of today they have both agreed that I o'd on Saturday, so I'll go with that, which would mean 12 dpo would be Thursday the 24th. We'll see what happens between now and then, but I had zero early symptoms when I was pregnant with DS, not even sore boobs. Unfortunately DH is one of those that can wait it out and he may want me to wait to test, but I think I'll have to know as soon as I can!
As for me, I had an appointment with my ob/gyn on Monday to see about helping me O more regularly. She called in 3 rounds of provera for me. If I don't O within a reasonable amount of time, I take a round of provera to induce a bleed and then hopefully restart my cycle for the next month. If I don't get pg in the next 3 cycles, then I go back for another consult and probably get started on clomid. She also had me go to the lab for bloodwork (thyroid testing and fsh I think?) but I don't have results back on that yet.

ABirney, good luck with the appointment on Monday. I had to go on Provera twice after I came of the bcp back in 2008, and unlike most people I heard that had taken it, I felt great on it!
I had my hsg, bloodwork & baseline u/s. Everything looked good w/hsg! Found out my TSH was high, so my RE put me on rx of Synthroid to treat my thyroid. Anyway, I go back in about 5-6 wks. to have labwork again(T3 free/T4 free) & to re check my thyroid levels.
ABirney, sounds like you had a good appt.. Hope your b/w came back Ok!
I'm still here waiting, 10 dpo today with no real symptoms. My temps are staying steady, but I didn't have any real rises or drops before either. I have gagged the last 3 times I've brushed my teeth, which did happen with my first pg a lot, but other than that no symptoms. I'll probably still test on Thursday and see what happens...
JLR glad the HSG turned out good! Hope the meds help get your thyroid under control quickly. Laura Good luck Thursday!
The nurse called the other day and said all my bloodwork came back fine. I just picked up my provera today and started it (I'm on CD27 with no sign of O). so AF should be coming in a couple weeks and on to the next cycle.

12 dpo, my temperature went up this morning, so I went ahead and tested using the early-pregnancy-tests.com test strips and I got two very faint positives!!
I'm not sure if I'm ready to get too excited yet because they were both so faint, and I keep running in there to check and be sure I'm not crazy, but there's definitely two lines on both!
