What do you wear? I have a few things but they aren't exactly supportive up top so I'm looking for some new ideas. Thanks!

I stick to Under Armour everything because I'm a "sweater" and I find that these keep me the coolest and don't embarassingly show through. In terms of support, I've never found a sports bra that has been adequate for my level of activity. So, I wear a regular bra (special designated ones just for the gym) under a sports bra. This combo gives me enough support, coverage and prevents the dreaded bounce.

I'm a 36DD and I have a Moving Comfort sports bra. I can't remember the "model" but it was specifically for larger chests. I think I paid around $50 for it at a running store. I LOVE it! My girls don't jiggle & bounce & they don't hurt either...so much support. No other sports bra can even compare (that I've tried).

I don't have the issues with the girls, so a regular sports bra is fine for me.

I usually work out in a pair of black workout capris and a tank top. No real brands for me - but the tank tops are generally sport ones so they wick away the moisture. but I think I got them at Wal-Mart for like $10 so definitely not a high performance variety.

YES, the Maia bra was the one I used at 34E and it was great. It still works 7 years later, although I don't need the coverage anymore.

I have a couple of Title Nine bras and I'm currently wearing them under various tank tops that I've purchased over the years.

I've slowly been buying Lululemon gear to spruce up my gym wardrobe.

Huh. Maybe I should give them another try. I tried one years ago and it did nothing for me.

Thanks for the suggestions! I'm a 34 D (maybe even DD at times when the girls are 'full') and when I'm running I hate how they bounce bc it makes it kind of uncomfortable.

A lot of my serious running friends swear by Title Nine.

Title Nine bras, for sure. (I'm a 32 DD, and they specifically advise which bras are good if you have a small frame but big boobs.) Then, having spent all of my money on bras, I do cheapo tank tops and running shorts or capris or whatever. I love all the cute tank tops with bras built in, but they're never supportive enough for me. Wah!
