I didn't have fontina cheese on hand so I just used cheddar. DH had seconds which really surprised me. And both girls ate a bit of one, though they didn't like the aoli sauce which did make them better.

Last week's heat wave put a real dent in any meal planning. We lived on raw veggies/dip, cheese, bread and lemonade! Now we've cooled down and I can use the oven again.

    Monday: Pizza, salad
Tuesday: Cheese enchiladas, refried beans, sauteed red and yellow bell peppers
Wednesday: Ravioli in pesto, bread, canteloupe
Thursday: Grilled chicken thighs, roasted cauliflower, curried rice
Friday: Grilled veggies over orzo in a lemon/feta vinaigrette
