We are a group of women who for one reason or another want to shed a few (or more) lbs. We need the encouragement of others no matter their size or goal and we thrive in an atmosphere where we can all support one another.

We welcome one and all. It doesn't matter what diet you are on (if any) or how many miles a week you run (if any) we will all find lots of help and support here.

The last challenge was so successful for so many people. Let's keep it up. Memorial Day, and in my world, that means summer, is only 15 weeks away! I am personally hoping to have to buy all new shorts by then
