Who we are:
We are a group of women who for one reason or another want to shed a few (or more) lbs. We need the encouragement of others no matter their size or goal and we thrive in an atmosphere where we can all support one another.

We welcome one and all. It doesn't matter what diet you are on (if any) or how many miles a week you run (if any) we will all find lots of help and support here.

Okay everyone, the holidays are over! Time to get back to business. Whether it is losing the weight you gained over the holidays, getting back to losing after maintaining for the holidays, keeping on losing (god bless those who can do this!), or just realizing that bathing suit season really is not that far away! Let's hope the next 3 challenges up to Memorial Day are as successful as they were last year.

This challenge will run through week 26 of this pgcy, so while I imagine I'll have a gain, I'm still focusing on my diet and exercise with the hope that I maintain.
