melandtim & diam - Good luck on your upcoming FET's!
AFM - ET went great! We had two excellent blasts transferred this morning! The embryologist says that of our nine embabies eight have made it to blast stage! She is hoping the last one if given a day or two will as well. We are freezing six tonight and giving the other one a chance to hopefully progress. I will be going in for my beta next Friday. I'm not sure I'm going to be able to make it over a week without POAS!! But at least it isn't a full 2WW!!

triciarose- fingers crossed for you. Sounds like you are off to a good start.
melandtim & diam-thinking good thoughts for you guys on your upcoming FETs!
I had my injection class today and start Lupron on Monday. Excited to finally get started and hoping for the best. Have to travel for work on my first day of Lupron, so I hope TSA doesn't give me too much trouble flying with my needles and meds.
Working out the final insurance info--my policy has a 10K max which is a drop in the bucket with all the manipulations and extra stuff we have to do because of PGD. They bill the insurance company so much higher than a self-pay patient. Because I have insurance, I have to pay the contracted rate of the 10K max--which is basically costing me the same as if I was a self pay patient....sigh. And I just got an email from the billing coordinator saying that the anesthesia is separately billed.
chi: I don't know if it's too late for this, but I had partial insurance coverage too and I could elect to go "self pay" and then submit receipts to my insurance for reimbursement later if I wanted to. My insurance actually had cheaper negotiated rates and they went by what they actually paid, not what they were billed, so it was cheaper for me to direct bill, but I wouldn't have if it would have been a savings. Just a thought. Also, I flew several times w/ meds and TSA didn't care at all. So try not to stress about that part at least!
Hi Gang... still rooting for everyone in mid-cycle and those still getting ramped up!
I'll be 12 weeks on Monday and the sub chorionic hematoma seems to have resolved already, phew! Apparently now I have a marginal placenta previa and am starting cervical check ultrasounds every two weeks. I guess I should probably just graduate already and get out of everyone's hair around here!
Thank you guys, for getting me through the process. Your support and advice was priceless.
Somehow, my stats fell off the the board, but here they are again.

Known issues: Mullerian Anomaly (massive uterine septum) discovered after being misdiagnosed "unexplained" for nearly a year.
1/08 HSG test (results: apparently clear, see below)
1/08 DH's SA: Count and morphology very good, motility ok.
2/08 started TCM (traditional chinese medicine) weekly acupuncture, herbs, modified diet.
6/08 CD3 blood work (normal, except I'm a CF carrier, DH is not.) timed cycle with monitoring. TCM
7/08 Timed cycle with monitoring and HCG trigger + Prometrium. TCM. BFN
8/08 Clomid + HCG Trigger + Prometrium. TCM = BFN
9/08 50mg Clomid +HCG Trigger + IUI + Prometrium. TCM = BFN
10/08 100mg Clomid +HCG trigger + IUI + Prometrium. TCM = BFN
11/08 100mg Clomid +HCG trigger + IUI + Prometrium. TCM = BFN
11/08 Discovery that HSG from 1/08 was grossly mis-read and there is a possible uterine septum and/or bicornuate uterus. Lap/hysteroscopic metroplasty scheduled.
11/21/08 lap/hyst. confirms very large and wide uterine septum with hanging flap. Flap and septum reported to be successfully resected. Stage 1 endo also discovered and cauterized.
1/23/09 in-office hysteroscopy discovers adhesions and significant residual septum.
1/29/09 Operative hysteroscopy repeated to resect adhesions and remaining septum.
4/09 In-hysteroscopy surgical follow-up looks good, "green light" for TTC again.
4/09 natural cycle on our own with OPK = BFN
5/09 - 7/09 3 more natural cycles on our own = BFNx3
7/09 - new OB practice. repeat bloodwork shows super-elevated prolactin. pituitary adenoma suspected. See new RE, repeat bloodwork, everything's fine.
8/09 - 50mg Clomid + OPK + IUI = BFN count was low, didn't have temp rise until 4dpIUI
9/09 - keeping new OB, working with old fertility specialist. 50mg Clomid + Trigger + IUI = BFN count good, timing excellent.
10/09 - 50mg Clomid + Trigger + IUI = BFN
11/09 - 100mg Clomid + Trigger = BFN
2/10 - scheduled to start IVF, dad dies, cycle canceled.
4-5/10 - IVF #1 - 20 eggs retrieved, 13 fertilize, 5 make it to day 3. transfer 1, froze 4 = BFN
7-8/10 - IVF #2 - FET, 2 thawed, 2 transfered = BFP!! Singleton due 4/25/2011
Well... I'm thinking I might be out... Took a HPT this morning (7dp5dt) and it was BFN. Plus I was checking my cervix this morning and usually at this time in my cycle (12dpo) it is low and hard and I have a little bit of pink spotting after touching... Well the difference this time was it was high and super soft, but I still had a little bit of pink spotting after touching... I'm really hoping it's still possible for me, but not feeling very optimistic at this point...
