Just got a call from the nurse and my E2 levels more than doubled today! They went from 1324 to 3093! They are going to have me "coast" a day and not take any stims, but still take lupron. I go in again tomorrow for E2 test and another sono. She told me to bring my HCG so they can mix it because I'm probably going to take my trigger shot tomorrow for ER on Friday!!! I'm sooo excited!!

ER went well. Several of my follies were empty. The RE was able to get 14 total eggs - 2 were overcooked, 2 were not ready and 10 were mature. Of the 10 that were ICSI'd, 9 fertilized! Just got the call from the lab (day 3) and they said all of them are still going strong! We have 1-6 cell, 2-7 cell, 4-8 cell and 1-9 cell. The embryologist seemed very happy that they have all done so well! I have my ET set for Wednesday at 7:30am!
ER was not pleasant! I was in bed all day on Friday with pain and I still have pain when I walk, laugh or move suddenly. It's manageable, but not at all what I was expecting. How long did your pain from ER last?

AFM, I am getting ready to start BCPs soon for our FET. I wanted to wait until the new year, but it is easier for DH to take time off in Dec for the transfer and to help with DS. I didn't want Christmas to fall in the 2ww like it did last time (we were so stressed out!). So it looks like the transfer will be shortly after Thanksgiving. I'm trying not to get my hopes up since our embryo is a day 6 blast. We were told it was good quality but because it turned into a blast later our chances are about 15%.
I just took another look at my notes from the RE visit and it was actually a day 7 blast. Crap! I had just read about a couple people who had success with day 6 blasts. No wonder he said our odds were low.
