Ok, I can and will do this! FOr awhile I wasn't motivated because we were going to TTC right away and it is hard to want to lose the weight to know you will just gain it. I hate exercising so I will never just do it without a reason Sad, I know. BUt we have pushed off TTC again till December and my back has started hurting. I know it is because of the belly weight I am still carrying around.

Trying something new, and so far so good! I AM going to stick with it this time instead of sabotaging myself!!!
It was so hot last week, I only walked one day during lunch. That combined with AF week and I gained weight. Thankfully, the heat isn't supposed to continue this week so I can walk every day and should lose some of the water bloat as well.
Started school last Monday and haven't been great about taking healthy food. ave been ok with calories, but am getting too much sodium and retaining water.
