    Known issues: portion control, emotional eating, hectic schedule, birthday in November

    I haven't done one of these before but I need to...

    Me: Jrsy/girl- 35
    Dieting since: I had my twins in 2005 and never really lost the weight. Now I just had DC #3
    Dieting Program: thinking about WW and starting the C25K again I also have a WiiFit and before got pregnant was doing that consistently and the Jillian Shred program.

    I was just going to "SKIP" this, but I really feel like confessing the gain this week would be better. I'm stressing out because I'm buying a house. I'm really not eating any differently, so it's got to be from the stress, right?
