LOVE Amazon Prime. I have it through work, so I avoid the fee, which makes it that much better. It's a must have for online xmas shopping! (Not to mention last minute bday gifts!)

I thought of this one last night. AT&T Uverse is seriously the BEST cable/internet provider we have ever had. We have had regular cable, digital cable. and Dish Network and none of them even compare.

I'm jealous. We live in rural Oregon and all we get is craptastic local cable with no HD channels and only adequate DSL service. The HD line they ran stops literally 1/2 mile from our house. We can't even get Dish/DirecTV down here with all the tall Fir trees, we don't have a direct line to the right part of the sky. They would have to put a dish on a 6 foot pole in the middle of our back yard even then it would be a crapshoot for good reception in storms.

My recommendation for today is the TV show "Fringe". I'm just starting it on DVD but so far it's fantastic especially if you're a sci-fi or "stories of the weird" type person. X-Files meets CSI.

I agree!! I had Comcast before and hated it. It was super expensive and every month (it seemed) they would take away more and more channels. I stalked AT&T's website for availability in my area and was the first one who got it (when I lived in an apartment). Before I bought my new house I actually looked online to see if Uverse was available here...if it wasn't I wouldn't have bought the house, lol.

A while back I signed up for notifications from AT&T as to when Uverse becomes available in our area!
