I always find out about such cool new stuff here, websites, parenting books, ice cream flavors, lipsticks, podcasts, new ways to waste time, etc. I thought it would be fun to start a thread where we recommend any old random thing that strikes our fancy.

This is THE BEST fruit flavored licorice I've ever eaten. YUM! I buy it at our local grocery, and sometimes I have the whole bag eaten by the time I finish the (5 mile) drive home. They also make raspberry and mango, but the green apple is awesome.

Speaking of Target, I want to repeat the best recommendation I ever got from CC: Target brand tampons are just like the old Tampax tampons, before Tampax changed to whatever crap they're using now.
I recommend watching the new Ken Burns documentary, "The National Parks: America's Best idea". It's fascinating...from the small part I have watched so far.
