I've not read it, but from what I've read about it, it basically tells you to eat "real" food, i.e. nothing processed, no high-fructose corn syrup, etc. I've read some great reviews of it and some horrible ones as well. The good ones found the method novel and the writing entertaining. The horrible ones didn't seem to make note of the writing style but said that the method is basically common sense. The one common thread in all of the reviews I read is that eating this way works.
I say, why not read it? It certainly couldn't hurt! You can get it used on Amazon for $3.99.
