She didn't know! If you look at her vote, she voted for Jaison. No one told her what was happening with the vote. Too much of a liability, I guess.

    Ha ha!

Very interesting episode. Russell may be obnoxious, but I am starting to really respect his strategy and gameplay. I don't think he's going anywhere next week. He'll make something work.

Laura is so freaking annoying. I hope it's not too long before she and her dumb girl alliance are gone.

Erik just got too cocky for his own good, and you know what happens then. You can't ever let your guard down in this game.

She did know that they were gunning for him though. I don't recall who she was talking to..John maybe..and she was like "eric, who's Eric? You mean our Eric?"

Oh yeah, you're right! She did know at that point. I guess no one told her about the final decision, though.

I think it's interesting that Shambo is still aligned with her original tribe at this point. I give her one more episode before she flips to vote with Foa Foa. It's definitely going to happen at some point.

I'm glad Eric is gone, if for no other reason that it drove me nuts when he called Shambo ShamBOE. Dude, it's Shambo, rhymes with Rambo. Emphasis is NOT on the "BO" part!

    Exactly.

I hated Russell in the beginning but I appreciate his strategy now. I can't wait for Laura and Monica to go home.

That's how you use an immunity idol!! I have to say, Russell is kind of growing on me. And how he finds the idols is pretty impressive.

Eric is certainly not going to vote for any of his old tribemates in the final vote!

I'm beginning to like Russell, too. In the beginning I just thought he was a cocky jerk who was trying to sabotage his team and I can't believe now I'm rooting for him and was hoping his strategy would work tonight! I loved the look on their faces when he played that idol!

    AWESOME!!!

Yeah, I like Russell now. He may be a jerk, but he is a great player and I 100% appreciate someone who can strategize and scramble like he can. Also, he's backed off a lot of the really obnoxious things he was saying at first, so now we're seeing way more of his positive qualities.

So curious to see what happens next. You figure we've got the Foa Foa four vs. the remaining Galu five with Shambo as the wild card. If Shambo votes with Foa Foa, you've got a tie. Will she vote with them or will she stick with the majority a while longer? Will any of the Galu make a deal with Foa Foa at this point, or will Laura convince them to continue gunning for Russell? Very interesting.

p.s. Did you see Shambo's face when Russell pulled out the idol and when Kelly's name was read? HILARIOUS! She is acting her butt off. My DH and I were laughing so hard.
