Is it Fantasy Football time yet?

I set up our league. It's through Yahoo. The league name is Constant Chatter and the password is constantchatter. Creative, huh? :-) I copied the settings from our league last year and thusfar, I have us set up for an autopick draft. As I recall, last year we did a live draft and only a few of us participated. But let me know if anyone wants to change anything as far as settings or drafting. Happy Football Season!

Thanks for setting up our league. I will sign up later this evening. When's the draft going to be? I think I missed the live draft last year so I don't know anything about how that works. Either way, I'm in.

Thanks Em! this is great and I have no problem with the settings. Auto draft is fine with me, and that will work with Red's schedule too. If I remember correctly, even with auto draft, you can go in in advance and re-order the players for your own preferences.

Yep, I'm in! I just needed it set up so I could prioritize my picks. I leave on Monday, so I shoudl have time to get them together.

thanks! I'm looking forward to it. I'm traveling a decent amount during season, but I hope I can keep up (or I'll just pick Raiders everything - players, defense, etc - I'm sure that will win it for me!

Quick question: I just ranked my players by position. Or do I need to put them in order of the rank. It looks like, when I check "ALL PLAYERS", it's by my order of choices, then by ranking.

Does this make sense?

With the auto draft, I think the computer will look at the rankings as you have ordered them. Doesn't mean you will get those players as it is kind of a roll of the dice. But the ranking near the player names just gives you an idea of how good they may or may not be.

I think I have it now. My last question is, since we're on Autodraft, do they pick in the same order of QB, WR, WR, WR, RB, RB, K, D/ST? That seems to be the order they do it in now (I did a mock draft, so I could try to figure it out). OR, do we have any control and what positions they pick first and in what order?
