Is it Fantasy Football time yet?

Yep. I'm warming to the live draft idea. My team is actually fine - a couple of ??, but I might have picked differently. And since it happened this week, I would have been home to do it. It's the uncertainty that gets me (and time spent at the computer). But next season, I would be open to live drafting.

We might be able to re-draft in case anyone wants to. I had no idea and had not even ranked my players. If the majority wants to re-draft I'm game.

No I don't want to re-draft. We had decided we would use autodraft and it would be set at the beginning of this week. It is what it is.

I really like my team! Fingers crossed for no major injuries. I just wish we didn't have to wait 2 weeks for the season to start!

I'm not saying one way or another how I feel about a re-draft, but I did look into it on Yahoo and can't seem to find a way to do it.

When I posted the league ID and password, I also mentioned when we'd do the draft. I asked if anyone had any concerns and there didn't seem to be any, so I went ahead with 8/23.

I say a big, fat NO to a re-draft. I totally got screwed last season by auto-draft and never thought we should have a do over.

This is why I wanted a live draft.

Live drafting really doesn't take that long. Last year I did a league with friends in town and I think it took less than 90 minutes. We all knew who we wanted. And those who couldn't be there set up the auto so their picks were really fast.

I did a live mock draft and it wasn't bad, so I say we definitely go that way next season. Takes a little chunk of time, which was difficult this year (as I haven't told DH that I'm doing fantasy football again. he was not a fan) lol.

I, too, prefer a live draft, but am fine with the autodraft that happened. I forgot to rank my players too. No biggie. I'll cheer for the team that was picked for me! Let's not redraft.

Because our league is so small there are still many good players available. Anyone who dislikes their team should take a few minutes and go over the available players list.

Oh dear Lord...I've had so much going on I didn't even know we drafted (good thing I ranked my players though when ya'll said auto-draft!) But I haven't looked yet to see who I have...and now I'm almost scared to based on some of the complaints. Ah well, I won last year...somebody else will surely beat me this year since I'm in 3 leagues and I know I won't be able to keep up! LOL Don't ask what the hell I was thinking. Anyway, that said...I do vote for live draft next year.
