Okay, so went went out of town for the weekend, and at least I didn't gain! It's SO hard to eat right when you can't cook for yourself, and you eat out a lot. Next week WILL be better!
Bad News- I didn't lose as much this week as I would have liked. I would have liked to lose all I gained last week and a little more. I don't think I'm going to make my goal this challenge. I just don't see myself losing over 6 pounds in 2 weeks. I suppose it could happen, but it will be a real stretch.
Good News- Sunday morning I was in the 160's, first time in over 2 years. I don't know what happened between Sunday and today, but oh well. It'll come off, right? Also, I dropped a pant size so despite what the scale says, I *am* trimming up.

I was hoping for a 2.5 pound loss this week but I got sucked into a bag of cinnamon almonds from Trader Joes. Eh, I'll take what I can get and keep moving forward

i'm with you... As of last week i needed to lose about 2.5 per week to reach my challenge goal.

yay! You'll probably be officially in the 160's by next weigh in! It will come off!! Unfortunately our weight loss journey doesn't always reflect in the scale. I lost 5 inches from my waist in a 6 week period but only 6 pounds. The 6 pounds doesn't sound nearly as impressive as the 5 inches! During that time period i lost 11 inches total from bust, waist, hips and thighs. Sometimes our successes can't be measured on the scale. Good luck this week!!
I know I'm really late, but I need some motivation so am wondering if it is OK to join even though this one is nearly over. I am TTC #2 (hi ellidew), have been for a long time and am getting ready to take the plunge into infertility treatments, and want to lose some weight before doing that in May.
