Life was crazy last week so we only got to one of our planned meals. This week is seeming to be just as crazy!
Su - beef roast, potatoes, green beans
Mo - quesadillas, rice
Tu - hot dogs, hamburgers, pineapple beans
We - matzoh ball chicken soup
Th - leftovers or something quick and easy
Fr - poppyseed chicken
chiclady- I hadn't made pumpkin soup before and hadn't even had it so I just combined a bunch of recipes I found on the Internet and threw some stuff in the crockpot. We thought it was pretty good, although we have no reference. I used canned pumpkin, apples, carrots, celery, onions, garlic, ginger, ground sage, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, chicken broth, and finished it with a little bit of heavy cream. I haven't made or had keema matar before either so sorry I'm not much help there either.
Sun - Crockpot Kalua pork, macaroni salad, rice (ugh, total Hawaiian plate lunch...all protein and carbs, no veggie)
Mon - Spaghetti with meat sauce, garlic bread, salad
Tue - Marinated chicken drumsticks, carrots from the garden, rice
Wed - Chicken and black bean quesadillas
Thu - Fried Rice
Fri - Pizza
Sat - out
