Is it small and cottage-like or is it big and grand?
I ask because my ILs beach house is monstrous and they have this big wooden plaque that reads: "Welcome to our Cottage" and while I know it's supposed to be a little tongue in cheek, it looks ridiculous, kwim?
We've had two named vacation condos before - Windswept and Mariner's Watch. The second one is pretty popular, I think because I've seen it in multiple places.

I have only one suggestion because I'm terrible at this but when you talked about boat names, it triggered one I saw one day called:
Someday
My sister loved that because it implied that the boat was this person's dream (as it sounds like this is your dream house) but that "someday" finally came. It could also suggest to the people who helped you and who will visit you that their "someday" will come too.
