I have the TransFIRMation kit, which includes the DVDS "Hi Def Sculpt", "Cardio Overdrive", "Hard Core Fusion" and "Cardio Party", as well as weights. I want to order the Deluxe upgrade, which includes the DVDs "Core Solutions" and "Tight Buns and Killer Legs" and more weights, but I'm not sure if I'll end up with the same exercises or not. I really love the idea of having 2 workouts that target my 2 biggest problem spots though. And the extra weights will be great too.
Have you bought the TransFIRMation kit and then upgraded to the deluxe? What did you think about the 2 DVDs in the deluxe kit? Were they different than the other 4 DVDs in the first kit? Do you think it's worth it to get the upgrade? Did you get better/faster results by working those 2 DVDs into your rotation?
I have ordered core solutions & should be getting it anytime. As far as the legs go, I think you can get probably the same as with the other DVD's. Do you have the transfirmer series with the box? That is really good & there is a bonus one that targets just those areas. Any of the other's are really killer on the lower body. As far as the weights go, I would just pick a couple up at my local Wal-mart. You can get them at a fairly reasonable price, plus you don't have to pay for shipping. Hope this helps!
