I've taken it. But I also knew what my problem was (PCOS). I had tried BCP but they gave me migraines and heartburn so the drs took me off them and told me to just deal with it (but I also don't have a lot of symptoms and we are not TTC so that was a feasible option).
I noticed that it gave me tons of watery CM. Like, I never had dry days. Ever. It also lengthened by LP by a couple of days. I don't take it consistently anymore but if I am having a weird cycle, I start taking it again.

Maxicat - We are on our 10th month trying. We have an appointment with a RE in a month. We just wanted to start sooner because it looks like it takes a few months to reach mamimum efficiency. Tlew - DH actually is the one that wants to take it. My cycles are ultra regular, and while that doesn't rule out a problem for me, DH wants to do everything he can.
My DH started taking these about 2 months ago, after an abnormal SA. I'm not sure if the supplements helped, but we got a BFP a month after he started taking them. We had been trying for about a year, and I was an avid charter so I knew I ovulated regularly (we also used the fertility monitor). He also started taking a GNC Mega Man multivitamin daily. Either we finally got lucky, or the supplements really helped. He had no side effects.
ETA: We also saw a reproductive urologist right before we got our BFP, and he didn't have any problems with the supplement.
Thanks Jeanine. We are in the same situation. I have charted for probably 4 years, religiously for probably 2 of that. Right now I am just tracking my cycles and CM and not temping, but I know that I O regularly. We see a RE in a few weeks, but I have gone ahead and ordered the pills for DH. He calls them his prenatal vitamins
While you were taking it did you have other symptoms? I've been taking it for almost 2 months and have gained over 5 pounds. I've been watching my diet extra and exercising and the weight it going up!! No I'm not pg-AF just got done 2 days ago.

Why do they grow up so fast???
My DH was on the low side of normal for count and he was below normal for motility. He took it for about two months and with our last IUI is count and motility greatly improved so that both were well in the normal range. He went to a urologist after the fact who was skeptical, but I think the results speak for themselves. Just an FYI it does take upwards of 3 months to see a change. Good luck.
