I will try it Thanks! It looks like it might work, but certainly need to do it with all 3 seats available. It just seems impossible to put any carseats in the 3rd row and be able to have the 2nd row upright. No leg room for the kids!

Ok, I need help deciding what seat to get next. I read back 10+ pages, but didn't really see what I was looking for.

DS#1 is currently in a BLVD. He is 2.5, 27 lbs and 36.5 inches. DS#2 is 6 months, 18 lbs. and 28.5 inches.

I was thinking of moving DS#2 into the BLVD and getting a new seat for DS#1, but I am overwhelmed at the choices. I know there is the Radian, Nautilus, another BLVD or MA. I just don't know which one.

Anyone care to give opinions and help me decided? Money is not a factor.

    Thanks for the help!

Yolanda we have two Marathons, a Senera and a Nautilus. I love the Marathons. The Nautilus is okay, the Senera slightly above that. That said, DD loves the Nautilus (mainly the cup holders), but I don't love the latch on it.

DD is FF at 3 and DS at 1 is still RFing (and will remain RFing until he's quite a bit older, DD was 25 or 26 months when she turned). Each of them have a Marathon, the Nautilus is FF for DD (obviously as it only FF) and the Senera is RF. DH hates the Senera, and it's in his truck.

Yolanda - if DS1 is FFing, the regent will allow you to harness him for the longest of any seat available. The nautilus is another good choice - it will convert to a booster when he outgrows the harness.

Yolanda - Another one to consider for DS1 is the Britax Frontier. If you buy a Frontier, it may be the only seat you ever need to buy for your DS again. It has a 9 year expiration date (unlike Britax convertibles which is 6 years) and will harness almost as long as the Regent (highest slot heights are only slightly lower). After DS has grown out of the harness (which probably won't be until 6 or 7) then it can be converted into a booster, up to 100 pounds. It also has SIP, which the Regent doesn't have, which might be important to you given that you have a Boulevard. I wouldn't recommend you buy another Boulevard or Marathon at this point. My DD is 39 inches and almost needs to go up to the highest slots on her Marathon, so I'm guessing she will only be in it for another year, maybe two (she is almost 3). You probably won't get all that much use out of another Blvd/Marathon versus a Frontier (or Regent, although they are discontinuing the Regent soon).

    Random question-
DD is 7 and tall. She has a Graco turbobooster. I thought I remembered the instructions saying that you couldn't have the headrest part of the booster sticking up past the seatback. Is this correct? How could it not stick up past there?

kemorr - Discontinuing the Regent? Really? Why? Ugh. I just got onw. But, part of me really wishes I got the Frontier, as it is slightly narrower and converts to a booster to 100 lbs. Ugh.

jennylou-I haven't done any looking around at the Nautilus, I have only seen it mentioned here in the thread. Is the latch connectors your only complaint?

emschwar-I didn't even think about the Regent. I need to look into that one a little more. Thanks!

kemorr-Thanks for your input! After reading about the Frontier in here and your post, I went on to learn more about it. I think I am leaning towards that seat. Do you have one?

    RE: the Frontier-
I read some posts in here abuot the Frontier being redesigned. Is that still the case? I can't remember how far back I read that, but any idea when it will come out? Any major complaints about the Frontier?

Thanks for all of your help. This thread is a wealth of information.
