every therapist/ counselor i've ever known IRL on a personal level has had major issues. the biggest being their inability to see/ admit to the fact that they have issues.

Oh I get that therapists all have their problems, but this is one that cropped up suddenly. We're not talking fear of intimacy. We're talking inability to leave the house, jumping into the closet when the doorbell rings, and abandoning your baby. I would think any therapist worth their salt would recognize that they need help. Maybe I'm just cranky about this because I think she's being a selfish turd.

ITA about Sam's sudden ability to do pediatric heart surgery. It's funny because Grey's at least tries to be realistic, but this show seems to try to be as unrealistic as possible.

OMG I cant believe that I forgot to comment on Sam's sudden ability to do heart surgery! LOL Its totally ridiculous!! They NEVER once mentioned it in the past and all of a sudden its like, "Oh and BTW...I can do heart surgery" whatever [insert BIG eye rolls here] So he went from a regular dr to a "Double Board Certified Neonatal Pediatric Cardiac Respiratory...." yada yada What a crock. Needless to say...unrealistic.

And yet, I can hardly make myself watch Grey's. In fact I haven't for the past two years. Just... can't.... do.... it. Maybe because I'm a nurse that works in a hospital?

I agree Sam's "sudden" ability to do pediatric cardiac surgery is absurd. Oh well. For some reason this is one of only two shows I watch, and look forward to, every week. The other one is "The Good Wife." Apparently, I like "serious" drama! LOL. I'm such a dork!

Does anyone else feel like Sam and Addison are getting mighty close lately? I know they live next door to each other, but he's always over at her house, drinking wine and having dinner. I wonder if it will go somewhere.

I agree Becky! And she is always going for the "wrong" guy. She even mentioned this last episode. That would be totally wrong of her if she did but it wouldnt surprise me.

Well at least they addressed it and we can move on.

Last night's episode was heart breaking. I get clausterphobia so I was really twitchy when Addison was freaking out to get out of the car.

    Next week's looks good.

Last night annoyed me. I realize that most doctors do not like to deliver breech babies but it certainly can be done. Heck, many people my age were breech deliveries. The fact that Addison acted like the ONLY way to deliver the baby was to turn it really annoyed me.

I couldn't tell, did the rescuers injure the mom in trying to remove the door or was she already hurt and just the pressure of her sitting there prevented her from bleeding out? Either way -

I think the piece was in her and she didn't start bleeding because of it until they opened the door.
