ISSUES: ME: Hypothyroid/Hashimoto's Autoimmune Disease. DH--Sterile (this is by choice as he was at risk for a fatal genetic disorder which killed his father & he didn't want to pass it on to any future kids (this was done before the diagnostic test was available) He had a vasectomy that now can't be reversed.) Thankfully DH escaped the disease.

Tests:
Me - HSG & bloodwork were normal. SHG revealed 2 polyps, which were removed April 07.
DH - SA's in the normal range. DNA fragmentation on the low side of normal. Ultrasound did indicate a small vericocele, but RU didn't think fixing it would help.

10/06- Clomid increased again to 150 mg, Oed, but did not get PG, realized their might be a male factor, too (due to an illness that caused DH to run over a 100 degree fever for a week)
11/06- Went to see a RE and a RU. Me- B/w normal, HSG 12/06, insulin/glucose levels normal, 2/10- Femara 7.5 mg + trigger, IUI- progesterone level 5.6, failed

12/06: Cyst gone, CD3 bloodwork good, failed post-coital test, U/S showed I was ovulating on right (good) side, possible blockage on left side. Did unmedicated IUI, failed.
1/07: HSG clear on both sides, passed repeat PCT, decided to try on our own a few more months until we hit the year mark. RE says to call in April or May to plan summer treatment (we're both teachers).
3/07: Started acupuncture.

Issues: Went to the ER twice with ovarian cysts. Cycles on the short side.
Testing: Confirmed ovulation by ultrasound, Progesterone 7 dpo was 9.9.
Post Coital was normal.
SA: High abnormal forms, morphology was 4% (kruger scale) (47% by WHO standards), count ok at 29 mil/ml, motility slightly low, after 30 minutes was: rapid, 41%, slow 5%, no progress 7%, not moving 47%; after 2 hours: rapid 32%, slow 6%, no progress 6%, not moving 66%
LAP on 7/27/06, right tube had congenital defect, was not attached to fimbria and formed hydrosalpinx. RE removed right tube.
I suspect that previous "cysts" may have been hydro tube.
Small amount of endo removed
CD10 u/s on 10/14 showed 14x16 mm follicle on right ovary
BFP on 11/3/06!!!!
