OK, I have to quote this Britney divorce story from Yahoo, for obvious reasons.... here is the link:

Wasser said that Spears was "OK" with the terms of the settlement but that "she would like to be with her kids more."

What I can't get over is that in every. single. picture. she looks like she has not had a shower. Her hair looks ratty and even her face looks greasy. As far as her wanting to spend more time with her children, that is just laughable! That girl shouldn't be left alone with a goldfish.

Of course, Britney’s estranged mother Lynne was not pleased that her younger daughter was turning to her older one. She took Jamie Lynn out of Britney’s influence and back to Louisiana where Jamie Lynn took several pregnancy tests.

Luckily, the results were negative, but, one source says, "This whole pregnancy scare has really stressed Lynne out.� Another snitch agreed, stating, “[Lynne] sees Jamie Lynn as a rising star, a protégée to Britney who'll go on to a big career. Now, she's worried Jamie Lynn's trashing herself, turning into a carbon copy of her big sister. [The pregnancy] could wreck [her] career."

It's a false alarm but I guess Lynne isn't happy that Jamie Lynne is asking her sis for advice!

Yes, absolutely! ITA! This is a woman who totally threw her child to the wolves of the entertainment business to make a buck; and is now "banking" on the younger one really making it big (more money) since the first one is just losing it in every way.
I don't know these people from a hole in the wall, but it sure seems that mama-Spears is out to profit from her children one way or another, and is happy to look at them purely as commodities. Dump one if she starts to become a liability, and focus on the other one, quick!
