Default What can I do with leftover pot roast juices?

After cooking pot roasts for hours in the crock pot, it seems a shame to just discard all the yummy and rich juices that we didn't make into gravy. Does that count as a beef stock of sorts? Could I use it as the base of a soup??

I don't see why not. Freeze it and use it as beef stock.
