    Default Rain or Shine?

We have our first open house on Sunday. It is supposed to POUR!

Do you think people will be more likely to attend open houses on a rainy day or will the rain keep them home.

Either way I'm bummed because my home's greatest assets are that it is next to a large open field (protected farmland) and has beautiful perrenials. The house also has great windows and floods with sunlight. All of that will be lost on a bad weather day.

Well, from what I've heard, open houses usually aren't too successful usually. Sometimes they're nosy neighbors dropping by to see another house in the neighborhood.

Of course, I could be wrong. I know if I was in the market I wouldn't let rain stop me from looking at a house I was interested in! Good luck, here's hoping it doesn't rain too bad.

Yeah, don't worry too much, very few house sales are made as a result of people seeing the house for the first time at an open home.
