I think that if you put something like "Jane and John and Baby Doe to be" it might be cute (especially if you are close to your duedate), but otherwise, no.

I did, but only to close friends and family. I signed it with "and Baby." I only did it to people who would already know that I was pregnant and that I haven't had the baby yet!
