TTCers of ConstantChatter:
Charting Our Course to the BFPs

http://www.ripleysorlando.com/images2/fertilitystatues.jpg
The fertility statues are known to work for some who rub them around the time of possible conception.
It is said that the baby is the most potent part of the statue.

So rub away! :D It's worth a shot!

Who we are:
This is a group of women using charting (temperatures, CM, CP, OPK/FM results, or a combination of these) to try to conceive and, along the way, are learning a heckuvalot about their own bodies! Many of us use a software program to keep track of our charts as well as allowing us to share them with each other. The most common ones are FertitlityFriend.com and Ovusoft.com.

Your threadmistresses for this thread are Polkadot and Sabriel!

To our members:
This thread gets very busy at times, so in order to keep things less overwhelming and a bit more organized, we start a new thread each month as well as after 3 BFPs. A link to the new thread is always posted at the end of the current thread to help everyone find their way over. The threadmistress would really appreciate it if everyone would post their updates in Red. That way, if I get a bit behind, it is much quicker to get the thread up-to-date.

KNOWLEDGE IS POWER!

Want to join the fun??
We welcome one and all. It doesn’t matter if you have never charted before or if you’ve been charting to avoid. I am sure you will find lots of help and support in this group.

If you would like to join, CD1 is the time to do it! That way, we can cheer you on
throughout your cycle, rather than 2 days before you test! :cool:

Please don't be discouraged by the number of posts in this thread. You don’t have to read the whole thread to join. Feel free to just jump in on the last page. Just read through these first couple of posts and post a reply with the following information and we will get you added right away. Of course, none of this info is a must but we like to know a little bit about one another.

Things I Have Learned About TTC
by WC's Sherylb

* TTC is a journey. You will discover things about yourself that you never expected. You will face fears you never thought you had. You will find joy in little things.

* TTC can bring you closer to your DH, or it can pull you apart. If your marriage is not solid, you will find out quickly.

* No one understands exactly what you are feeling at any given moment, but someone can empathize at least a little bit.

* You will experience an emotional roller coaster ride. There will be highs and lows and fast moments and slow. Sometimes you have to wait in a very, very slow moving line. You may not even get the seat you want. It is not always fun, it can be scary, but in the end it is worth it.

* "Just relax" is the last thing in the world you want to hear from someone, but it is OK if you say it about yourself.

* There will be moments when you question your own decision to start TTC. You will wonder if you should wait or if you should just give up. Those are normal. But you will get past those feelings.

* The blue and green turtle likes to pop its head out! You will hear of someone's pregnancy and turn green with envy and blue inside because it isn't you.

* It isn't fair, it isn't easy, and it isn't pretty. But you keep doing it because the reward is worth it.

* You will be your best friend and your worst enemy. Your body will
surprise you and yet disappoint you.

* Some women do get lucky and conceive right away. Others aren't so lucky and have to struggle to get there. Hope you will be in the first category, but prepare yourself to be in the second.

* Once you decide to TTC, there will be babies and pregnant women everywhere! You could swear there is a baby boom going on!

* You will have questions. No one will ever be in exactly your position, so don't be surprised when no one can give you exactly the answer you are looking for. But there are people that can contribute, so don't be afraid to ask!

* Two lines on a pregnancy test is not the end of the struggle. Pregnancy has lots of struggles in and of itself.

- Common TTC abbreviations

This is a list of some of the more common TTC abbreviations. I know as a newcomer to the TTC threads, it can be hard to keep them all straight. I hope these will help, and if anyone has any they would like added, please let me know!

•2WW: "2 week wait" - The approximate time from possible conception to menstruation due date; Pregnancy tests should be taken near the end of the 2WW.
•AF: "Aunt Flo"; Your period; Menstruation
•AFNW: "Aunt Flo Not Wanted"; the day your period is expected to start, but you are hoping it doesn't!
•AO: anovulatory (cycle without ovulation)
•BBs: "boobs"; breasts
•BBL: "be back later"
•BBT: Basal Body Thermometer; This is used to measure your basal body temperature, when you wake up in the morning, after at least 3 hours of sleep, before you start to move around; Use a special BBT thermometer to take your temperature because they measure the small changes in temperature from day to day more accurately than the regular fever thermometers.
•BCP: Birth control pills
•BD'ing: "baby dancing"; baby-making intercourse
•BFN: "Big Fat Neutral" or “Big Fat Negative”; Negative pregnancy test.
•BF'ing: breast-feeding
•BRB: "be right back"
•CD: cycle day; a particular day in your menstrual cycle (example: CD1 is the first day of your period)
•CL: Cover Line; a visual tool used to separate the low (pre-ovulatory) temps from high (post-ovulatory) temps; a coverline is typically based on the temperatures 6 days prior to ovulation.
•CM: cervical mucous; one of the most useful clues your body can give you in predicting your fertility; it can range from dry, creamy, sticky, or (the most fertile) egg white/watery type.
•CF: cervical fluid; same as cervical mucus
•CP: cervical position; an optional, but sometimes really useful, fertility sign; CP will generally be low, firm and closed before and after ovulation, and high, soft and open during your fertile time.
•DD: "dear daughter"
•DH: "dear husband"
•DS: "dear son"
•DPO: Days Past Ovulation; number of days from your post-ovulatory temperature rise. (Example: 1DPO is the day after your ovulation)
•Endo: endometriosis (can be a fertility problem)
•EDC and EDD: estimated date of confinement (antiquated, but still used by physicians) and estimated date of delivery
•EPT: a brand of pregnancy test, or, generic for "early pregnancy test"
•EW or EWCM: egg white cervical mucus; the most fertile quality CM; it is slippery, clear and stretchy, like egg whites; also EWCF
•FAM: Fertility Awareness Method; the method of fertility and/or birth control that correlates the physical changes you experience during your cycle to predict when you are most fertile
•FF: Fertility Friend, an online (free, for basic services) fertility charting site (website); (could also be formula feeding; check context)
•FM: fertility monitor
•FMU: first morning urine
•FP: follicular phase; the phase before ovulation, where the egg matures in the ovaries
•FRED: First Response Early Detection (pregnancy test)
•HCG: human chorionic gonadotropin; the hormone that is present during pregnancy and what the HPT's and blood test measure to determine if you are pregnant
•HTH: "hope that helps"
•HPT: home pregnancy test; a urine pregnancy test you can take at home
•IMHO: "in my humble opinion"
•IMO: "in my opinion"
•IUI: intra-uterine insemination
•IVF: in vitro fertilization
•KU: knocked up
•LH: leutenizing hormone; the LH surge is what is measured by the OPKs; this hormone signals the egg to burst from the ovary
•LP: luteal phase; the phase of your cycle that begins just after ovulation and continues for 10-18 days, ending with the start of your next period; during the LP, your body continues to build up the lining of your uterus, and produce hormones which would support a pregnancy; this is the time when a fertilized egg can implant into the uterine lining
•NFP: Natural Family Planning; similar to FAM, but with abstinence during the fertile period
•O, Oing, Oed: ovulation, ovulating, or ovulated
•OPK: ovulation predictor kit; tests for presence of LH surge that usually precedes ovulation by 12-48 hours; these tests are quite expensive and not always accurate (if you take medication or depending on your age); these are optional when charting with FF, but if your fertility data is not clear it can bring more light and help interpret difficult cases
•OS: Ovusoft; charting software based on TCOYF
•PCOS: polycystic ovarian syndrome (a fertility problem)
•PG: pregnant
•PIAC: pee in a cup
•POAS: pee on a stick
•RE: reproductive endocrinologist
•SA: semen analysis
•SH: "sweet husband"
•SO: "significant other"
•SYS, SYL : See ya soon! or See ya later!
•TCOYF: Taking Charge Of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler; a book and website about charting and fertility.
•TMI: "too much information" - There is no such thing when TTC!
•TTA: "trying to avoid"
•TTC: "trying to conceive"
•TTFN: "ta-ta for now"
•TTYL, TTYS: "talk to you later" or "talk to you soon"

polkadot According to FAM rules, your coverline would be around 97.82ish (.1 above your CD16 temp) and I think that is why it is not giving you crosshairs on that setting. You obviously Oed when it said you did so I wouldn't worry. Also, I didn't start getting symptoms until way later in my 2ww so don't count your self out yet.

Wow, I missed a lot while I was working last night and today! Congrats to klav and ShelbyMay! And an unofficial congrats to Wrighty26! I hope it is official soon! That has got to be frustrating. :rolleyes:

jnshanna So glad that you are feeling better today.

polkadot It's still early! Don't give up yet! Thanks for starting the new thread!

UTChick I really hope the Dr. can help you out and get you on the right track.

MichelleRenee I still don't think you have Oed. FF is crazy.

jesseybell Hope all goes well with your HSG and that you get pg right after!

Bellefior I hope you are able to figure out what is going on soon. Not knowing is the worst.

Dotsie Sorry about the BFN. But you know it's not over until AF shows her ugly face! Fingers crossed for you!

jodylovesscotty Sorry about AF. That sucks. :(

gymwidow I'm sorry that your DH didn't get good news at the urologist. I hope you guys are able to get things figured out soon!

Too bad we are not TTC this month, because I have had tons of EWCM for 4 days! Usually I am lucky to get very much at all. Three days until my MW appointment.

Sabriel, I don't think I O'ed either. When I put in that low temp today I certainly wasn't expecting to get my crosshairs back, dotted or not! This charting stuff can be so confusing! I am hoping I will understand it better as time goes on...

Thanks to everyone for the AF condolences :(

I haven't temp'd during AF this month. When it comes during a weekend it's so easy to sleep through!!

Not looking good for me for Nov. since DH and I each have business trips during what I suspect will be my fertile time. However, we'll give a good try when we can and hope for the best. With all the baby dust flying around in here lately there just might be hope!

Good luck to all the upcoming testers :)

Congrats to all of those who got their BFP's!! Here's to a H&H 9 months:)

Temp plummeted today and I'm feeling AF so I'm not pg this month. I was thinking about not coming onto constantchatter family boards for a while because it is so hard. I am so happy for everyone who get's their bfp's but so sad at the same time. I got pg with DS so fast I just assumed I would again this time around...guess not:rolleyes: Right now I"m just in a blue funk, I'll be o.k. once AF gets here and another cycle begins. It is CD 23 and today I had TONS of EWCM. It even had me doubting that the EWCM I had earlier this cycle wasn't really EWCM at all. It was cloudy before, and stretchy, but not super stretchy. This was clear and very, very stretchy. I have never seen it like that before, except on pictures!

It's a little late in my cycle (I think) for it to mean anything, but I'll take what I can get!

hi ladies,
I just started temping today. it was 98.6 does that seem high to anyone, i am on cd7.

UTChick
10-30-2005, 03:21 PM
purplesunshine7~Everyone is different when it comes to temp levels, so it may be perfectly normal for you. When are you temping? It is recommended that you temp at the same time every morning before getting out of bed. I keep my thermometer on my night stand and when my alarm goes off, I immediately temp. At the beginning of my cycles, my temps are still pretty high. I have long cycles so my temps don't start falling typically until well after AF, sometimes as late as CD 14 (when a lot of women are already Oing). So, that also depends on the individual as well. I hope that helps. And, welcome to the world of charting! :)

Welcome to all the newcomers!

I am 11DPO, but I do not think this is our cycle. Our timing was not great because I had EWCM for so long that we actually got tired from all the BD, and, of course, I finally O'd when we decided to take a small break. Go figure.

i have been so busy lately i started a new job and i'm still getting use to working outside of the home again. on the bright side after a year of not Oing most months i have O'ed two months in a row so maybe now that i no longer have the stress of caring for my disabled mother in my life i might get pg.

a question for all of you where do you buy your test's (opk's and pg) at i need cheap test's that are accurate i tried some that i bought online but i didn't like them at all. TIA

CD 28, 10 DPO, temps still elevated and still no sign of AF, though I have still been having the spotting/ light bleeding on and off that I have had for the past 5 days (not enough to need more than a pantyliner). This cycle just has been so weird in comparison to the last 5 I've charted.I'll be taking another test in the morning. Couldn't today b/c we spent the night at the ILs and that's all they need to see in the trash!

Today has kind of been a day of firsts. I thought I had my first EWCM (since starting to chart) last week, but what I had today was completely different. It was definitely EWCM. I have also had a lot of cramping in my abdomen. It comes and goes and it is a lot different from my usual cramps.

I am really not sure about my temp today. I woke up extra early and took my temp just in case I didn't fall back asleep. It was 96.4, which is a new low for me. I was freezing cold when I woke up because *someone* took all the blankets and I just knew my temp would be low. Then I feel asleep again for a little more than 3 hours and woke up a little bit after my normal temp time. All I did between the two temps was go pee and sleep. I temped again and it was 97.4. So I really don't know which would be accurate. I charted the higher one because it looks nicer, but made a note so I remember. I can't believe how much your temp can fluctuate in such a short amount of time. It has me determined to do a better job of doing it at the same time each day next month.

I also got a new thermometer. It is a BBT one. They only had one brand, which happened to be a store brand one. It is the same brand as my other thermometer. The only difference is that one is purple and reads to .00 and the other is white and reads to .0. Does anyone know why a BBT thermometer is considered so much more accurate? Is it just because it reads to .00, or does it actually read temp better? I would like to think that a fever one is accurate in case I ever have to use one for my child.

Anyways, just wondering about that.

Ok, i have a question....i have had a HUGE migraine all day....in fact i woke up with it, and it has only gotten worse....i started throwing up this afternoon. i had to give in an take a painkiller which i DID NOT want to do know i am worried that it could be bad if there is or was a bean in there when i took the medicine....but i knew if i didnt the migraine wouldnt go away and i would need a shot tomorrow morning from my dr. So, do you think i made a horrible mistake....:o It didnot have asprin in it but its still a pain killer....and to tell you the truth it didnt make it go away completley just enought for me to stop vomiting and long enough for me to post the question....i am only 6 DPO...so implant wouldnt have even taken place yet right? What do you all think....thanks in advance.....

MichelleRenee

Polkadot, I am so sorry about the migraine. I hope you start to feel better!

I just wanted to let everyone know about a little experiment I did. I put both thermometers in my mouth at the same time to see if they came up the same. The fever one read 97.2 and the BBT one read 97.43. Not a huge difference, but you would think they'd both be the same.

polkadot, don't worry. i'm sure i took tylenol or something when i was pg with my dd, and probably in the 1st trimester. and yes, it's unlikely that implantation would have occurred yet anyway. it's worse for you to be sick and throwing up than to take tylenol.

polkadot--even if implantation had already occurred (which it probably hasn't), it is too early for the placenta to have been formed. . . and that is when the baby starts to take nutrients from you. . before then it is self-sufficient. Hope you are feeling better.

Is it bad when my temps are basically in a straight line right now? Anyway, I had a weird dream last night that I had EWCM, and I could not find DH anywhere. Also, I was trying to temp, but I could not manage to get the thermometer turned on. You know that I am thinking way too much about this right now when I start dreaming about it!

Another BFN this morning...or actually 2 since I used 2 different tests.

I just don't get it. This cycle is just so weird since compared to the other ones. I'm currently CD 29 and 11 DPO and still spotting like I have been since last Weds! My temps are still elevated and I am not seeing a drop. I've also been having wicked heartburn.

Usually by this time, AF is usually here. The longest cycle I ever had was the 1st month off BCP which was 30 CD and 13 LF, everything else is usually 28-29 days average, 11 day LF average. So if I don't get AF tommorrow, I'll have at least matched my longest cycle. I'll be grabbing some more tests at lunchtime today, but decided if it is still negative by weeks end and no sign of AF, then its time to call the doctor to see what's going on.

Wrighty26
10-31-2005, 05:44 AM
Bellefior - I was in the same situation as you-- I had consistently high temps yet when I tested on 12DPO I got negatives. I had a very very very faint positive on 13DPO with a Target HPT (but negatives with any other brand) and the line's have since gotten increasingly darker. So, don't give up! What brands are you testing with?

Mystikal
10-31-2005, 05:51 AM
Bellefior check out MCD's chart. I believe she had lots of spotting and didn't get a BFP till about 13dpo or so. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you!

Bellefior
10-31-2005, 05:51 AM
Wrighty I've been using Clearblue Easy Early Response. I also took a CBE Digital this morning even though I know the threshold for detection on those is much higher.

Did you have spotting as well before your got your BFP?

Mystikal I didn't see a chart for MCD in the list? Can you point me in the right direction? ETA-never mind, I found it, thanks!

AF showed up Saturday morning, right after I tested and got a BFN. :( Please move me to waiting to O.

After a one cycle charting break, I'm back to charting and would love to re-join this thread. I have an appointment with a new gyn this month, so I'm hoping the charting info will help inform her more of my situation.

Can you please update my stats? There are stats on the front page for me that aren't correct, I think part of them were copied from the person before me on the list.

Here are my details. Please put me in Waiting to O. Thanks!!

I just feel like crap right now. My whole stomach, from right under my ribcage all the way down my abdomen, is just sore and achy. It's like one huge menstrual cramp.

Still no major temp shift, and I still had EWCM late last night.

Looks like the spotting has turned into AF...definitely more of it and brighter red. Guess I don't need to run across the street from work for the HPTs today. My symptoms just really had me going, we'll see if my temp drops tommorrow. I really thought this was it.

I guess the one thing this taught me is I really need to chart in order to compare cycles, so I will be back to full charting next cycle.

Threadmistress please move me from SWH and to the waiting to O section. Thanks

I really think I am Oing today. This crampiness just won't go away. If I were PG right now I would swear the baby is moving, because I feel like I have a fish swimming around in my abdomen. I don't have gas or anything... it's just a crampy, weird feeling.

I hope I have a big temp jump tomorrow so I can finally be sure of my O.

Ladies I plan on calling the doctor today to find out WTF is going on. I had some bleeding yesterday that made me think AF was on its way (enough to soak a pantyliner, but not enough to even spot on a pad when I replaced it). I did take another test today just in case it was some weird implantation bleeding and it also came back negative. This is not a normal AF for me, if that it what it is. My temp also dropped to 98.3 which is lower but not significantly lower. I'm hoping to get a blood test that will confirm once and for all this is not implantation bleeding (its very very light) and I am not pregnant. If nothing else the doctor can give me some kind of explanation as to why my body seems so out of whack. I'll keep you posted.

Bellefior I hope your dr gets things figured out!!

Sabriel Sigh, I love thos passonate moments, they are so hard to have with a toddler now!

polkadot Hmmm, sounds interesting!! When I was 9-10 DPO when pg with DS I also had a very sharp cramp all of a sudden, it hurt really bad and then just went away like nothing happened.

Michelle Here's hoping that you O'd!

I am having some serious cramping today and had some yesterday as well. It sucks and hurts sitting here at my desk. I have a feeling AF is right around the corner. The only thing is I am not sure what day. I am 10DPO and it used to come at ~13 DPO, so we shall see. I will probably test on Thursday or Friday morning though if I have not gotten AF at that point.

lindybug
11-01-2005, 07:16 AM
7 DPO, so 6 or 7 days left in my 2WW... Although I don't think I can wait that long to test! No FPS yet, and my chart looks just like it always does. But then again, it probably wouldn't look any different yet anyway.

Implant, baby, implant! ;)

Mystikal, thanks for the babydust!

Bellefior, I hope you find out what is going on soon, and I hope it is good news!

Jeggink, thank you! I hoe I O'ed too! I am sorry you are having cramping. Hopefully AF will stay away!

Lindybug, I'm praying for you! I hope this is it!

I feel much better today. I don't have any cramping or anything. My temp went up today, but barely. (from 97.27-97.33) So I still don't have any definite signs that I O'ed. I am just hoping that if AF is going to show up it shows up on schedule so I can get on with a new cycle.

Last month my nipples got really sore around CD22 and that lasted for almost a week. Today is CD25 and I haven't had any FPS. No sore nipples or anything. I'm not gonna complain... it is nice to be able to lay on my stomach.

All right I'm back. It took a couple of days for me to get my head clear. New cycle, new attitude. It's going to happen for me, I just don't know when, I have to keep thinking that. My bf irl came over my house and got 2 BFP's in my powder room this morning. That helped me a lot. That being said....let the waiting begin :D oh, cd2 here...that sucks :rolleyes:

I talked to the doctor's office earlier today, or actually, her nurse. She is of the belief that this is just a weird period, especially with the 4 BFNs, but because this is just so weird for me anyway, they are having me go into the lab on Thurs. to do a blood draw just to confirm. She said I did the right thing by calling. Also, if the bleeding continues into next week, definitely to call them back after the test.

Polkadot You chart is looking good!

Linnybubbles It's still early in your cycle so don't dispair :). I usually don't O until day 20 and that is pretty normal.

Deanna1018 I think the flu shot impact would be relatively minor and only for 1-2 days or so.

mkvh You chart is also looking good.

Well, I broke down today and tested and got a BFN. I am cramping really really bad, it is sooo horrible. I know this would be my 2nd AF since having DS and that could exlain why I hurt so much. My abs and back even hurt. I took an advil this morning just to be able to function. I am extremely moody and have no patience what so ever. I am expecting my temps to start going down in the next day or two, but if they are still up on Sat then I will test again, but am not expecting that to happen. Vent over :)

Here's hoping there are some BFP's in the next few days :).

8 DPO. Had my first FPS yesterday... AF-like cramps for a few hours on my left side down there. AF has never arrived before 14 DPO, so that was interesting.

Also, a guy at work asked if I was expecting! I couldn't believe he had the nerve to ask that, LOL. (Especially when I've just lost about 16 pounds!) He said it wasn't because I looked bigger though, it was because I looked happy and glowing. Interesting! Perhaps he is psychic. ;)

polkadot ~ You are a day ahead of me... Don't test yet, so I don't feel pressured to test too! ;) Trying to wait until this weekend. It's torture!

I concurn, MichelleRenee!!

jeggink--your chart's not looking so bad, either! ;) And I second the impatient and moody thing. I got irrationally mad at DH last night because I wasn't in the mood for what he has made for dinner.

polkadot--repeating right along with you...I will not test. I will not test. I will not test." And I wanted to say that I too have been having hot flashes. Totally out of the blue. Started Monday that I can recall. And I am always FREEZING. Hmmmm.... Oh, and Soulmate, I took my temp last night also because I was SOO hot. Randomly it was a full degree higher than the night before (when I was making sure my therm wasn't broken).

linnybubbles--nope, no O yet. But it's still early! Don't get discouraged. There are lots of ladies around here who routinely O past the CD 20 mark. Hang in there, keep an eye on your CM, and when in doubt, BD! :D

I know I am missing some of you. Hope everyone is doing well wherever you are in your cycle. Thinking of all of you...

Temp went up .1 again this morning. 12 DPO. And 12 DPO was my last high temp in Sept (my only complete and normal cycle since TTC). So tomorrow's temp truly will tell. Hoping, hoping, hoping!

dotsie- i had the same thing last month....went tripahsic and had really high temps thought i saw some spotting and NOTHING..not PG...i just think it could be trripahsic if my temps stay where they are...i am being optomistically cautious :cool:

mystikal- thanks for the confidnece..i will not test i will not test....i am refusing to let myself test until Saturday b/c by then i willhave a reason and i figure if i am PG then i wont NEED to know until then then i will be 12DPO..hoping it BFP by then......

jeggink- i think your chart still may have promise...your temps are still up and it isnt over until she shows....thinking BFP thoughts for you....

michelle- i tend to agree with you ....i think you oed on cycle day 22:)

Linnybubbles- i usually dont o until later in my cycle...but then again its not late for you...its just normal....**shaking fist** at FF for making us think we are late O'ers...maybe everyone else is just early Oers...:p

Deanna1018- i would call the dr office and ask, it may make your temp go up for a fewe days but other than that i dont think it should be a huge deal....

mkvh- i think your chart is looking good...good luck

alright off to work...

My dr's office called yesterday and said that my thyroid levels came back abnormal from my blood test. I go back tomorrow for more tests, and then Tuesday I have an appt with my dr to discuss the results. I hate waiting, and I hate knowing that there could be something wrong with me. :( But hopefully it is something that is easily remedied, so we'll see.

My co-worker thinks she may have a triphasic chart this month. Does anyone know what the rule is for a 2nd temp shift? Is it still 2/10ths of a degree like the O shift? She is 10DPO and her temps were holding steady at 97.8-97.9 but today it shot up to 98.3. What does FF need to see to be able to call triphasic? 3 more "higher" temps?

I think most of you read my post about how I was spotting all of last week, thought I was pregnant, had light flow that stopped, then started again. I spoke with the nurse yesterday who said she was certain I was not PG based on my negative HPTs and this was just a weird period. Anyway, they wanted me to come in for a blood test tommorrow. Well AF has arrived in all her glory, very heavy flow so its a certain that I am not pregnant now. Would you still keep the appt. anyway or cancel?

Good luck on the HSG...I was advised to take 800mg advil/motrin 1/2 hour before the appointment. That might help with any pain. I was fortunate to not be more than uncomfortable through the proceedure.

I've been lurking along....

Congrats Wrighty, Klav and anyone else I missed! H&H 9 months to you all!

Well, I'm 9 or 10 DPO today. Broke down and tested....BFN. I know it's still early, yada, yada. No symptoms at all, which is very strange because I am usually very crampy by now. Who knows. Either way it will be OK, because next cycle I start clomid, and I've been taking Metformin for a week now. I have a good feeling about it and my doc is very supportive!

I see there are a couple of ladies here who are my cycle buddies. I also see that you have much more willpower than me ;) . Here's to hoping! Polkadot, your chart does look good!

Jesseybell I was just looking through the 1st page and happened to notice you are a DES daughter as well. If you have any questions on this and pregnancy, please let me know. I had to be monitored more closely because of this with DS.

ajlanden Welcome!

jjsaner sorry for the BFN. I did the same thing today at 11 DPO. I guess we will both find out in a few days!

Thank you so much jeggink!!!- I probably will be asked you questions in the coming months. DES daughters are so far and few between and since we were at the tail end, there doesn't seem to be a lot that are still ttcing.

Instead of crossing posting from Family Planning threads about my whole infurtiating post about my "cancelled" HSG I will just highlight: My GYN was not able to be there so a radiologist was supposed to do it. I guess my cervix was not in the right position and she (or all radiologists??) didn't have the tools to move it so they weren't able to do the HSG. I am SO pissed off! I wish I had been told before that there was a chance of it not being sucessful without a GYN (I think I was not told because I personally think it was that radiologist, not all of them, who didn't know how). So I got the stirrups and the speculum and nothing else except a lot of sincere apologies (thank god) and a "See you next month" (since I am CD10 they won't reschedule until next month)...Yeah, well we are going to BD like rabbits and then maybe I won't have to go back!!

So I am CD10 and haven't picked up a thermometer this month. I used the monitor yesterday but not today. I'll probably start charting in full force tomorrow. But more than likely this cycle will be more of a "see what happens" so I can relax during our vacation and not be a peestick/thermometer freak...But right now I am just wanting to BD for the sake of it because it's been too long...Though probably not tonight because I actually am a little sore from the speculum. I sware it was the biggest one ever.

I am just fed up with my chart. I have no clue what is going on!! Different people have given me different advice on my O date and CL and everything. The consensus between people here and at FF is that my CL should be around 97.5 and I O'ed on CD25. I did an override with that info and I am hoping it is right. I feel like it is too late to really know what happened this cycle so it is all a guess.

I am mostly concerned now about my average LP and O date for future cycles. Is it better to leave my crosshairs where they are now, or should I switch them back to what FF gave me? Honestly, I only switched them to see what my chart would look like if everyone's predictions were true.

Polkadot stay strong, girl!! We are here for you! If you need a way to keep busy, try online scrabble at games.com. Works for me!

Jesseybell, that really sucks. I am so sorry you got jipped like that. How great to go through the whole stirrup/speculum thing for no reason.:rolleyes: I'm praying for you to not have to deal with any of this anymore very soon. Good luck!

Nothing new here in the charting world.. I didn't get an accurate temp today because I got called in to work at 6:30 to help with an emergency c-section on a yorkie so I was up and about when I took my temp while trying to call the dr back to let him know I could come in to work. In non-charting news, DH and I officially became home owners yesterday! We closed on our house at 3, then had to show it off to FIL. We won't actually move until the 12th because this weekend I work Sat and my grandma's 80th bday party is Sunday. I'm so excited though! Will move little stuff over in the evenings this week.

9 DPO and going crazy. I don't think I'll make it through the weekend without testing. I'm not really feeling confident for some reason though... I guess because it's only my first month, and I really don't feel any different yet (not that I would, necessarily). I don't know how some of you ladies do this month after month. What a rollercoaster ride!

polkadot ~ Wow, thanks for sharing the link to that NOVA program. I've watched parts 1 - 5 already. It is amazing. And I love the way John Lithgow narrates it.

mkvh ~ You are an inspiration! ;) Good luck tomorrow!

ABirney ~ Congrats on becoming a homeowner. Did everything work out okay for the Yorkie? I don't suppose they need a home for any of those pups?! LOL I am dying for a Yorkie.

gmb4503 ~ Ugh, so frustrating about the thermometer. I wish mine had a light... I actually have to turn my bedside light on for a second to read it!

Dotsie ~ Sounds like you are prepared for this next cycle, LOL. That is so sweet of your friend to buy you maternity clothes. I hope you can use them soon! (I need some new winter clothes, but I'm holding off, just in case I get preggo. Why buy new regular clothes, when I could be needing maternity stuff in a few months?!)

MichelleRenee ~ Hang in there! Not sure what to tell you about the crosshairs... I guess just leave them as is, and if AF comes, you can count back your normal LP length, and know when you O'd. Of course, hoping that witch stays away anyway. ;)

jesseybell ~ So sorry about your gyn visit. Hope you're feeling better today.

jjsanner ~ Hoping for you this weekend!

Thank you everyone for the comments about my buggered HSG yesterday.

I feel so differently about this cycle, just because I know more. I still haven't temped (I've been staying up so late that I sleep through when I should temp and I just don't feel like setting the alarm). The monitor hit High this morning, but last month it hit High at CD 10 also, so it could be on High for the next 10-11 days, so I am being pretty laid back about it all. Last cycle we were BDing crazy from CD10-CD24 and it was pretty mentally exhausting!

I need to go call the GYN office after a meeting.

11-03-2005, 08:29 AM
Well I talked to the doctor's office yesterday and they agreed I did not need to come in for the blood test since AF had arrived full force. Had I been experiencing out of the ordinary cramps or pain w. AF, they still would have had me come in to test. They are just chalking it up to a quirk in my cycle, though if you look at my new chart and the one for last cycle, you don't see the immediate temp drop that usually preceeds AF for me. In fact my temps didn't get significantly lower until CD4 of this new cycle. Hopefully this month won't be as confusing.

jjsanner
11-03-2005, 08:34 AM
I couldn't take an accurate temp last night because DS was up ALL night. Poor guy has a fever and just isn't feeling like himself. However, I still have absolutely no cramping and no spotting, but I do have very slight lower back pain (but that could be from sitting at this desk all day long!). I'm trying to hold onto a shred of hope.

Dotsie--I didn't notice weight gain until towards the end (I was on it for 4 1/2 years)...about 15 lbs. total. But again, I took most of it off for my wedding and gained it back again, so maybe it wasn't the Depo? :o I HAVE noticed a redistribution of weight (I gained weight in my upper stomach on Depo, while now it is a pooch and in my hips.) which is better because I don't feel like I'm menopausal any more!

Thanks, everyone for the support. I don't have much time to post today...

My temp went down a teeny, tiny bit today, but it is still higher than normal for me. I am just feeling frustrated about it, and today I actually feel much better. You really don't realize how complex TTC is until you start charting and trying to decode your fertility signs. I am thrilled about all the stuff I have learned but it's hard to see a chart that isn't exactly clear, you know?

As for my CM, I think it might be possible that I had EWCM earlier in my cycle and just didn't notice it. The one day I had it I checked again a couple hours later and it was totally different. I am getting the hang of checking it now, and hopefully in my next cycle I will have more accurate info to enter.

Well, I am off for a fun night at MIL's house. Yay for Friday almost being here!!!

MichelleRenee
11-03-2005, 01:38 PM
Oh, before I forget. I am having some new pains today. They aren't bad pains, and I can't even be sure they are TTC related, but here's what they are like.

It starts right under my ribcage on the right side. It feels like a very mild burning, but I feel it enough to be caught off guard when it happens. Then it kind of migrates down, like a wave, across the middle of my stomach and then down on the left side of my uterus. Very strange. I wouldn't think anything of it if it were once or twice, but it's a couple times an hour all day. Like I said, I doubt it has anything to do with TTC, but maybe someone has experienced something similar. :confused: :)

I just finished reading the 5 pages I had missed! I am going to do some chart stalking and then I will be back to do SOs.

I am pretty sure I O'd yesterday. I had the most positive OPK I have ever seen on Tuesday and the most EWCM I've ever had yesterday along with some O pains. My temp shot up this morning, so I am pretty sure yesterday was the day. When I noticed the EWCM yesterday afternoon, I gathered up my things and left work immediately. DH had beat me home, so I walked in the door and said,"You have to have sex with me RIGHT NOW!!" He busted out laughing, shrugged his shoulders, and said, "Ok." :p Hopefully it worked. I am not sure if I posted this, but I made an appointment to see my doctor on the 14th just to talk. I just want his take on my cycles and my irregular ovulation. And I found out that my insurance will cover office visits, testing, lab work, x-rays, and meds for fertility treatments. They are sending me more detailed info in the mail about co-pays and the % of coverage for other procedures. So...it has been a pretty productive week! Hopefully now that I have gone to all this trouble, Murphy's Law will kick in and I will get pg this cycle! A girl can hope...;)

I don't want to give TMI here, but I think my stomach pains (as small as they were) were caused by something I ate. I am feeling much better tonight.

UTChick, sounds like things are on the right track for you! How great that your insurance will cover so much. That has to be a huge relief! I'm glad DH will drop everything to BD with you when you tell him it is time. It's nice when they are cooperative.;)

Jeggink, I hope this is your cycle!

Polkadot, I'm so sorry about the BFN. I know how hard it is not to test. Even though you know you should wait you still want to see a BFP so bad it's almost worth a shot to test every day. I still have faith in this cycle for you. Hang in there!!

Dotsie, yay for the fun part of the cycle! I'm rootin for you! (The last person I said that to got a BFP that cycle, BTW;) )

[B]I am having a horrible time trying to find a replacement battery for my thermometer :mad: I went to 3 different pharmacy chains yesterday and nothing!

I can't remember which thread I posted this in before so forgive me if I'm repeating myself.... Here's my battery advice:
Take the battery out of the thermometer and take it to the jewelry counter at Wal-mart. They will match it up with a Wal-mart brand battery of the same size. It's something like $2. SOOOO easy!

polkadot (HUGS) sounds like you're having a rough time with work and the BFN... but your chart still looks good, could be a BFP soon!

jeant ~ Welcome, and thanks for the offer! I was just thinking about that when I read your stats ("I wonder if her thyroid problem is what I have? Maybe I can ask her about it...") and then the very next post you offered! :) Hope you don't mind if I pick your brain. Did you have any symptoms (I mean, did you know something was wrong?) or was it a surprise? I just had my blood taken again yesterday for more tests, and I go back to talk to my dr on Tuesday. Do you have to take hormones for the rest of your life now, or is there a chance your thyroid will ever "fix itself"? I've been having irregular cycles and that's why I did the bloodtests to begin with...if I start taking hormones do you know how long it will take my cycles to normalize? Sorry for all the questions...I need all the info I can get! TIA!

mkvh ~ Yay!! Big CONGRATULATIONS!! Best wishes for the next 9 months!

Aletheia ~ Welcome! It's good to have cheerleaders!

ajlandon ~ Welcome!

polkadot ~ I watched a couple of those videos yesterday...very informative! It's so neat to see what actually goes on in our bodies.

ABirney ~ Congrats on your new home!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
On the subject of having a light on your thermometers...mine doesn't have a light, but I don't check it right away after I take my temp. DH gets up around 4:30-5:00am so I temp when he gets up and I put the therm back on my nightstand, then I go back to sleep until 6:15. I don't usually check it until I'm ready to walk out the door, so I have no need for a light. :)
This morning my co-worker told me that she's pg. She just took a test this morning. I'm happy for her, but it really makes me sort of jealous too. This is only her 3rd month off BCP, and her 2nd month of trying. Why can't it be that easy for all of us? :confused::(
Oh, and my friend who missed her period while on BCP---all tests have been a BFN. Guess it was just a fluke. :rolleyes:
As I mentioned to jeant, I had more blood taken yesterday for more tests on my thyroid levels. I'm really anxious to get the results, but I'm also scared. I won't find out anything until Tuesday when I go back to the dr. Hopefully I will have O'd by then and it won't matter...:o
Big congrats to the newly pg's! Very cool!
About thyroid issues -- specifically for cat_loverpq but really for everyone, since it turns out thyroid issues are so common ... Supposedly up to 10% of women have one of these issues!
Your thyroid hormone levels can be either too high (hyperthyroid) or too low (hypothyroid). A first blood test will measure TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone), which stimulates the body to produce more hormone (so it goes in the opposite direction from circulating thyroid hormones -- too high and you're hypo, too low and you're hyper).
Most of the time among women in their 20s and 30s, abnormal thyroid means hypothyroid. A second blood test will test for thyroid antibodies, also called Hashimoto's thyroiditis. It's an autoimmune disease in which your body produces antibodies against your own thyroid, causing hypothyroidism. Stupid body!
This is what I have. Many women have symptoms of hypothyroidism like low energy, but I didn't. My cycles were a little weird (short LP), which is why my OB/GYN suggested I get tested. But the diagnosis was a shock because I have always been healthy.
So I have been on thyroid medication for three months. If you're TTC, there's really no other option -- you need normal thyroid levels to sustain a pg. In fact, even semi-low thyroid levels can cause birth defects (in brain development), which is why every woman who's TTC really should get their levels tested. I shudder to think of what would have happened if I hadn't gotten tested.
The good news is the thyroid levels are very treatable -- the meds are cheap and easy to take (once a day) and 100% safe during pg. It might take a few different doses to figure out the right one for you. You want to aim for a TSH level around 1 or 2. Do NOT let a doctor tell you that anything under 5 is OK.
The bad news: having the thyroid antibodies is correlated with a higher risk of miscarriage. No one knows if this is caused by the abnormal thyroid levels or the antibodies themselves. If the former, that's treatable; if the latter, it's not. There is no cure for the antibodies. One study showed that taking selenium (200 mcg) helped some, so I do that now.
A good book on thyroid issues is Living Well with Hypothyroidism.
Soulmate
11-04-2005, 10:28 AM
jeant I too have thyroid antibodies but a normal TSH. Baby aspirin 1x/day will help against miscarriage when you have the antibodies. I kept having chemical pregnancies and then went on baby aspirin because it is a common treatment for multiple m/c. When I got pregnant again it was the stickiest but then I stopped the baby aspirin because I got scared of its effect and it was not dr. prescribed. I lost the baby shortly after stopping it. I was dx with thyroid antibodies after that loss. Later my RE officially told me that baby aspirin was the tx for the antibodies. I am staying on the aspirin this time. Baby aspirin causes no harm to baby because of its low dose.
graciebella ~
she's all about full (and sometimes excessive) disclosure
LOL! I have one of those in my office too. She's due in early March with her 2nd and we get to hear all about EVERYTHING. And she always has (unsolicited) advice b/c her way is the best way, kwim? ;)
jeant ~ Thanks so much for the info. I was looking online about hypothyroidism, and really the only symptoms I have are irregular cycles (mostly annov) and hair loss. But the hair loss I have only noticed in the past month or so...excessive amounts of it on my hairbrush and after I shower...I would think it wouldn't come on suddenly like that, but who knows?? As for low energy, I don't think I'm any worse than normal, but maybe my "normal" is actually low and I will feel like superwoman once my hormones are balanced! :D
As for the antibodies, I never read anything about that online. What I read said that usually it is the pituitary gland not producing enough TSH to tell the thyroid to produce its hormones. I don't know which is worse!? Hopefully whatever I have is easily treatable and I can have a healthy pregnancy! If it turns out I have hypo, I will check out that book. Thanks for the info! :)
soulmate ~ Thanks for the tip on baby aspirin! I will have to ask my dr about that on Tuesday.
cat_loverpq
11-04-2005, 10:59 AM
jeant ~ One more thing - if you have antibodies, how does taking extra hormones help? Would the antibodies just destroy them too? Or are you taking something to fight the antibodies?
ptcrn
11-04-2005, 11:28 AM
jeant
11-04-2005, 11:34 AM
cat_loverpq The antibodies destroy/harm your thyroid gland, and thus the gland doesn't produce enough hormone. The antibodies don't attack the hormone itself. The medication supplements the hormone to bring it up to where it should be. So it's a band-aid solution -- taking the prescribed thyroid hormone treats the symptom (low thyroid horomone) but not the cause (the antibodies.) The only thing I've heard about that fights the antibodies themselves is selenium -- in one study women who took selenium (an antioxidant mineral that's in a lot of prenatal vitamin supplements anyway) showed lowered antibody counts.
Yeah, I had hoped for the whole "superwoman" thing too after I took the meds, but sadly I noticed no real change in my energy level. The meds should help with the hair loss, though -- and hair loss can happen suddenly.
soulmate Thanks SO much for the tip on the aspirin. I had read about low-dose aspirin too, and actually started taking it two days ago! But I also worried about taking it while pg., so I am very grateful for your advice to keep taking it. How long into the pregnancy should you take it -- the whole time, or only your first trimester? And when you're TTC, should you take it continually, or just after O?
Sticky, sticky vibes to you -- go baby go!
Soulmate
11-04-2005, 11:48 AM
jeant You take the aspirin until about 36 weeks. When you get pregnant let your obgyn know and they'll advise you better. You stop around that time so you don't bleed profusely during labor. I took mine all cycle long because it helped me O a little sooner but most definitely starting after you O. I've heard some people say the baby aspirin makes them O later...it is all dependent on the body type I guess. Good luck!
Aletheia
11-04-2005, 12:15 PM
OMG I am having the AF of hell!!! It has never been so heavy. Sorry if this is TMI, but my super duper tp will only last maybe 1 hr. I think I am going to need some iron after this one! Soulmate
Aletheia Baby aspirin won't hurt but most likely won't help either. First you have to make sure you do not have any medical conditions that aspirin can aggrevate. I think some liver disorders and some other stuff are big no no's for aspirin products. I think the only thing baby aspirin *may* help with is improving egg quality by bringing more blood to the ovaries and uterine lining (if AF is very short). Now after my m/c it took me a year to get pregnant again and I was taking baby aspirin most of that time so it really didn't help me enhance any fertility.
polkadot and ilovemygeek hoping to hear positive news tomorrow! Your charts both look good!
sunchaser, michelleRenee, and ptcrn your charts are looking promising too!
Sorry for anyone I missed!
Question on the thyroid issues... at my regular yearly exam 1 1/2 yrs ago I requested bloodwork and at that time they said my thyroid was normal but didn't give me a number at all. When I went in this past spring for my yearly I asked about rechecking my bloodwork and she said to save my money 'cuz everything was normal last year... still didn't give me a number. I've often wondered about thyroid issues because I am very low energy and overweight, and in the past my cycles have been irregular. (Anywhere from 3 weeks - 9 months apart). Now that I'm TTC should I be more concerned and make sure she retests at my next appt in the spring? Should I go in sooner?? TIA!
Jeggink, I am sorry your AF is so heavy this month. I hate months like that. I hope it gets better! There is nothing worse than leaking through your pants. It is embarassing, and it suck if they are new pants and they stain. I hope this means it will be shorter for you.
UTChick, the best of luck to you! Yay for Oing! I hope you can make it to your dr's appt without testing. Only 10 days to go! Woohoo!
Polkadot, I will be thinking of you tonight and tomorrow. I really, really hope this is it for you. You so deserve it! GOOD LUCK!
Ilovemygeek, I am sorry your timing wasn't good. Don't give up hope! I hope your temp stays up for you!
ABirney, I had been tested for thyroid issues before. I had a lot of different "symptoms" that something could be wrong with my thyroid. It came back normal, but I asked for another one the following year just in case. They said not to also. I would like to think that our dr's wouldn't tell us not to have something tested if there could actually be a problem. I don't know what I would do if I were you. I would try talking to your doctor. I would assume that if you asked for it to be tested anyways she couldn't really say no.
I had a long work day today. I still haven't felt many FPS symptoms at all. My nipples are slightly tender, but that is normal for me. I had very, very mild AF cramps today. I have had a mild gagging feeling the past couple days, but that could be due to other stomach problems I have had before. I am still feeling very positive and excited. I am 6dpo according to almost everyone I talk to. I hope the next week or so go by quicky! (To be honest, looking back on when we started TTC 2 months ago, time has flown by! Certain days seem to take forever, but the weeks are flying by!)
ABirney, I would definitely ask your doctor for another test. Thyroid issues can change (though it isn't common for them to change quickly). And where it's been a year and a half and you have been having some symptoms, I don't think its unreasonable to ask! At least they should give you the actual numbers from last time. Thanks for thinking my chart looks good! :)
Good luck testing tomorrow Polkadot! Wishing you a blazing BFP! You too, Ilovemygeek. I hope your timing was better than you think!
Congrats to the MBFP!!!
MichelleRenee - I'll be crossing my fingers for you! I think charting makes the time go by so much faster. It's probably just me but since I started it feels like time has flown by :p
Hope everyone else is doing well!
ABirney I would definitely get a re-test on your thyroid levels. Describe your symptoms and emphasize that you are TTC. Many general practice docs are *completely* clueless about thyroid levels and consider any TSH under 5.5 to be normal. However, lots of people have symptoms at these levels, and the risk of miscarriage and birth defects go up at anything that is not a normal level (a normal TSH level is 1 to 2). As my endocrinologist said, "When you're trying to get pregnant, you want your TSH levels to be perfect -- maybe even a little low." My own research in the medical journals backs this up (I'm a professor at a university so I have access to these journals.)
I'd say get tested, and get the TSH number. If it's above 2, do what you can to see an endocrinologist. It amazes me sometimes how much you have to fight for your own health care, but you do.
Hi! Can I join in?
CC Name: Mrs. M.
Me: Birgit, 29
DH: 28
Married since: 2000
Off BCP since: 2002
DD born 8-28-2003 (took 6 months to conceive)
TTC #2 since: Oct. 2005
Charting since: 2002
Known issues/test results: None
Chart: http://www2.fertilityfriend.com/home/1a234
Current status: waiting to O
I really thought I was pg this last cycle. I had tender bbs for a whole week, which never happens. But alas, AF arrived today. Strangely, luteal phase was only 12 days, it has always been 14 before :confused:
Oh, polkadot! I am sorry. But...look at Wrighty's chart from last cycle. She had a temp drop at 13 dpo and a BFP on 14dpo. Let's hope that temp spikes back up tomorrow!
Welcome Mrs. M. I don't know what causes LP to vary. My goes between 13 and 14 days pretty regularly.
I put in my temp this morning and FF changed my O date to CD 27 just like I thought it should be. I like it when the computer agrees with me. Now we are back up to a "high" rating for BD timing. Of course we were last cycle, too.:rolleyes: Oh, well...time will tell.
OMGolly! Congrats to all the BFFs!!!! :D :D :D :D
I OPK tested this morning at 3:30am (went to bed at 7pm, feeling slightly ill). Didn't test anymore. I have creamy CM but it's very stretchy like EWCM just not clear. FF shows my fertiles days starting tomorrow so we will, hopefully, BD every other day thru Thursday.
My first RE appt is December 6th, let's hope I don't need it! :D
Oh, DHs 2nd SA came back ok, but still showed low motility.
Geez, I just saw that I wasn't subscibed so no wonder I wasn't getting email notifications!! URGH!!!!
Polkadot Don't give up just yet. Many people have had temp dips and were pg. Good Luck sweetie!! Saying my prayers for ya.
Applebee Get to bd'ing. Good Luck. I hope you don't have to see that RE either.
Michelle I cannot believe you have not tested yet. You are sooo going to have a BFP.
UTchick Yay for O'ing. Hopefully the spermies will meet that egg!!
Welcome Mrs.M Hope your stay here is short and sweet.
Out of curiosity, how exactly do you know someone is a MBFP? I would assume it means they had a BFP, entered it on their chart, but did not post that they got it yet. Just wondering because I went through all the charts and didn't find it. I want those mystical psychic powers everyone else has!
Bellefior, I can't find it either! :p
Dotsie, do you mean me? I didn't realize my chart was that good!
spencer's_girl, I hope you O'ed! GL to you!
Applebee, I hope you don't need that RE appointment! Good luck!
UTChick, I wish FF would change my O date. Everyone seems to agree it was CD22 and not CD16. I don't like not really knowing what DPO I am!
Mrs. M., Welcome!!
I am pretty torn with my "symptoms" this cycle. Everyone says my chart looks so great, but I really feel like AF is coming on. Like I have said, according to my past cycle lengths I really owuldn't expect AF any later than tomorrow, but if I O'ed when I think I O'ed that would make my LP way too short. Who knows. I guess cramps, fatigue, and sore BB's could mean anything....ho hum. Waiting is boring.
Conrgrats MKVH - you got some good swimmers (2 days before O!!)
Congrats to Lindybug too!
Applebee Have fun BDing! I too really hope you don't need that RE appointment.
I am 8 DPO today. I am thinking about testing on Wednesday, which will be 11 DPO. My FPS so far are nausea, fatigue and strange dreams.
Hope everyone is having a great weekend!
