X-post: Christmas/New address Cards - need help.

We are moving into our new house in December and I am planning on making my own Christmas cards. But I am actually stumped on design ideas on how to tie in sharing our new address to the Xmas cards. Can any of you help me?

Looks like Hallmark has a card for just this occasion! Who knew?? Maybe this will give you an idea:

How about a picture (or drawing) of the door/entry way of your new home (like this):

Snapfish.com has cards similar to the ones above - putting your own pic on the card, which is what we're doing.

I appreciate the replies and help. But I am actually trying to make the cards myself. I make handcrafted greeting cards, and I'm just trying to find inspiration and design ideas for this particular occasion - combining Xmas and New address announcements. We won't be in the house until the week before Xmas and do not plan on decorating for the holidays (since we won't be having Xmas at the new house), so doing a picture of our front door decorated won't work for this year. I am hoping to get the cards sent out right before we settle, and will need to be working on them prior to that.

But I actually have found somethings I can use, so I just need to put my ideas together and design the card. If I get a picture I'll share a picture of the finished card.

What about a picture etc... of a bunch of moving boxes.... then on those boxes you can put your new address....
