Actor/Director Boycotts?

There were several mentions of Tom Cruise in the "Actors You Cannot Stand to Watch" thread by posters who've been really turned off by his public behavior and won't watch him as a result. Anyone else have their own personal boycott against an actor or director because of something they've done or said?

I refuse to watch Roman Polanski movies because I will not support the career of a child rapist and fugitive. If he came back to the U.S. and did his time, I would lift my boycott. (For those of you unfamiliar with the case, click here (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roman_Polanski#Pled_guilty_to_rape_of_13_year_old_ girl) for a summary.) In general it doesn't bother me too much, because I'm not interested in many of his movies. But I was sort of interested in Oliver Twist. Oh, well.

Anyone else boycotting someone? And why?

Roman Polanski. I saw an E True Hollywood story on him years ago and ever since I won't see anything he does.

Woody Allen kind of weirds me out with the whole marrying your former step-daughter thing, but I would be willing to give him more of a chance than RP.

Tom Cruise. My mother is bi-polar and every time he starts ranting about mental illness and psychiatrists I want to scream. He continues to show how ingorant he truly is on the subject, but still goes on and on how he's right and the rest of the world is wrong. He infuriates me.

Sophia, are these people you won't watch because of something they've said or done in real life? That's what I was getting at. I can't think of anything Kevin Costner has done to warrant a boycott (but of course I would be interested in hearing your reasons). And if you're boycotting Angelina Jolie for the whole Brad/Jen thing, do you boycott Brad Pitt, too? Or is there a different reason?

Sorry to be so curious; I'm just interested in this subject.
