Just wondering what kind of sprays, conditioners or protectors you ladies use on your shoes & boots? I want to protect my Frye boots as I heard they shrink hardcore when they get wet.

frye makes a protector for their boots, you just can't use it on the suede ones.

Leather usually isn't going to shrink unless you put them next to a heat source.
As far as keeping them in good shape, many leathers are set up so that you can get rid of scuffs and etc by rubbing the leather w/ the palm of your hand. If you want to shine them up the best is just mink oil. Most places will try to sell you doc balm that costs another $10.
If they are suede, many stores sell nubuck/suede kits with a little brush and eraser thing. You basically erase the stain or scuff and use the brush to smooth it out. You should also get a water protectant spray. It will keep the water stains from soaking into your shoes.
