Hot glue and fabric?

I want to make a mural out of fabric. Would hot glue work on fabric (specfically felt and flannel)? if not, can anyone recommend a good fabric glue?

Yes hot glue will work, but if you decide you don't like the look of the hot glue, my favorite fabric glue is called Fabri-Tac by beacon. You can get it at walmart, michaels, hobby lobby, fabric store etc.
