Any ideas for this color scheme???? I'm thinking of using it for my 10/15/06 wedding. I am looking for great ideas for flowers, decor, and anything else you gals can think of. Is anyone else using these colors?

They are two of my favorite substances as well! I'm thinking about using champagne colored dressed with chocolate sashes for my attendants. I was hoping a few other girls had used the color scheme. I'll keep looking. Thanks.

Hey there!

This one is a mix and match. You could get a cool brown ribbon and tie it around the waist on the top and tie in the chocolate there as well.

Otherwise you can switch and have every other BM wear a differant color...or even have your MOH in a differant color.

Here are some more pics I found online with the same colors:

Good luck and I hope this helped!!

My wedding was chocolate, champagne, garnet and pink. I know, it's a lot! My invites used all four colors. My DH is a graphic designer/art director and made them look stunning. My BM dresses were garnet and my wedding gown was a beautiful champagne. Our cake was chocolate with chocolate frosting. It was a HUGE hit. we also served red velvet cake.

The flowers arrangements had pink, red and cream in them. Everything came together wonderfully!

I don't want to post pictures on the internet anymore, but I'll use the private message feature to send you a link to my wedding pictures if you're interested in them. I used a lot of red, but it will give you an idea of how we used chocolate and champagne colors.

Good luck!

I was going to do chocolate, but that was after I already decided on my champagne tea-length dresses. I added an ivory sash to them that really set the look off, and looked well with my theme of champagne, ivory tones and deep red accents.

I really loved that we were getting married in October, and wanted to play off of the dramatic fall-hues, but stayed away from oranges and yellows. I think champagne and chocolate would be lovely!

If you were to use these hues, think about using Sahara roses for the BM's-I used them and they looked magnificent. They are like an ivory with a rainbow sheen look to them. Really made the dresses pop.

PM me or visit me in my journal if you have any more questions ;)

I know you are talking about colors, but we had custom champagne flutes printed for our wedding. They had a castle on them that matched our invitation and we tied ribbons on them that had our names and date. It's very cool to have a glass of champagne at our friends' homes and drink out of our glasses. They were only around $2 each.

You could use chocolate cosmos flowers, too. If you have more than one of them together, they even smell like dark chocolate! Yum. ;)

Here's a wrist corsage to show the size of them:

They have a little burgandy tint to them, but mine aren't this burgandy. (I have some growing in my yard.)
