We're planning a long weekend in Naples this December. We plan to mostly relax on the beach and do a little shopping since we'll be going with our 8 month old DS. Can anyone recommend any good restaurants that are also child-friendly?

There is a place in Naples called Michlebob's Restaurant. It is *very* good. It's kind of like barb-b-q but they have OUTSTANDING ribs. We will hop in the plane and fly over to Naples just to go to dinner at Micklebob's or to pick up ribs.

My parents have a house in Naples and we have a two-year-old, so I have some expertise in this area! We really like taking Zoe to Tommy Bahama Cafe in old Naples. Good food, gorgeous patio and very used to kids. But they get really busy so make a reservation or go early. Also, on Route 41, there is a cool diner called Mel's that has great sandwiches and stuff and is very kid-friendly. To be honest, lots of places are used to kids because people come there on vacation or to visit grandparents. We took Zoe to a pretty upscale Italian place called Campiello's, right across the street from Tommy Bahama, which is awesome, by the way, and they were fine with it. They even had a kids' menu!
If you get a chance to go out on your own, we like Yabba Island Grill and Cafe Lurcat.
