Sausage & Peppers

I have some sausage in the freezer and I have never made sausage & peppers. Any good recipes? Thanks!

Honestly, I just slice up the sausage, pepper and onion and saute it together. I once tried I recipe that involved cooking in beer but I like the simple way the best.

You can also throw in some marinara sauce at the very end and heat it all up together.

Yup, just slice it all up, add some olive oil, garlic, and onion. I roast mine, but you can sautee it too. Add potatoes for a really good meal.
