Any Photoshop experts?

I need help with a picture, if anyone can do it for me I would love ya forever! ;) Anyway, I have a picture from my bridal shower that is great. It is of DH's grandmother, mother, sister and niece. Four generations. The only problem with it is that his sister had her eyes closed. I have another picture from the shower with her and her eyes are open.

If I send these pictures to you would you be able to fix it so that I have her eyes open on the the four generation pic? I would love to give them all a copy of it as a Xmas gift.

Hey Karen, me again- having a little trouble with the computer right now. As soon as I get it figured out I will send them to you. It may take a day or two becauce I am headed out right now and will be working the next two days. Thanks again for your help. You are the best!
