There are tons of houses the same size in the area. FedEx is based here, so many of the pilots and higher ups live nearby.

I always look at the big houses in my home town (Lake Geneva, WI) to compare... it's amazing how different the prices are. This house is 15,000 sq. feet on a 5 acre lot, and is selling for $7,995,000. It's lakefront property though, and that's always a premium in the Geneva area:
