I'm helping my brother with his upcoming wedding (he lives in Texas but her family is from the bay area) and they've decided to do an asian banquet style wedding reception. Can people please recommend good chinese restaurants preferably in the the San Jose, Oakland or Berkeley areas? I think they prefer a semi nice restaurant but I think the quality of the food and service are more important to them. They are expecting about 250 or so guests. TIA!!
