Thoughts on O date?

Obviously, I haven't had the three high temps in a row to confirm O. Here's the story.

100 mg clomid
pos OPK 9/16
strong O pains 9/16 that ended by the following morning
9/17 temp very low
CM dried up on 9/17

Overall a higher temp chart for me. Last cycle my CL was 97.3. July was 97.5. Last year when I got pregnant it was 97.5 as well.

Those high temps might be a good sign, you know--putting your body at a better baby-making temp. ;) In any case they could be a sign that the 100mg is a good dosage for you!

I'm going to say it looks like an early cd17 O, so you'd be 1dpo. Your +OPK & peak day was cd16, but your temp was down so low on cd17 that it doesn't look like the progesterone was going into full gear yet. Which leads me to believe you did not O on cd16.

When the peak day and temp don't match I tend to believe you just O'd sometime very early in the day (i.e. cd17 this month), so it just didn't affect the temp yet. But that's just my own little theory! :p

Thanks Scooter! I was sort of thinking an early Thursday O too. I hope we covered our bases. Time will tell. Eh, only about another 10 days before I can start testing. ;)
