I just realized that I haven't included our wedding website with our intvitations. I have only printed out the response card so I think I can get this in somewhere but the question is where? Those who got STD cards already know about the site but there are more who didn't than did.
I don't feel that the invitation itself is a good place to list it. My other two pieces that I am going to print will be a directions card and a reception card. I have plenty of space on the reception card to add it, but is that an OK place to have it?

I don't see why there would be any problem listing it on the reception card or even the direction card. Maybe say something along the lines of: "For further information and detailed directions, please visit our wedding webpage at xxxxxx.com".
I think you should be just fine! Also, send out emails to your close friends/family and let them know about the site. Word of mouth is great for this kind of thing!
Good luck!

When DH and I sent out our invites, we did a separate enclosure on business card stock that we printed ourselves. We put our wedding website address on it and the words "Please visit our wedding website to learn more about us and our Big Day!". We matched the ink as closely as possible to the ink used on our invitation and ended up getting lots of compliments. The reason we chose to do a separate insert is because lots of time people tend to just briefly scan the reception card and don't really notice the details of it, so we were afraid nobody would really pay attention to a website address. Just my two cents! :)

We did the same thing as everyone else. We made an enclosure on fiber paper that matched our invitations to the best of our extent and matched the font and color. It said 'For directions and accommodations, please visit our website.' You could tell when people got our invitations because our website hits went up.
On our thank you cards (we made them ourselves) we put our married names, address, & website address on the back. Again, lots of hits afterwards to see wedding pictures!
We've also got lots of comments in our guestbook for friends wanting us to make a website for them!

I think that's fine. We put our website info on our accomodations/directions card. Anywhere but the actual invitation I think is fine.

Thank you ladies. I think I'm going to place it on the reception card. I have a smaller "no gift" card that would compete if I added yet another card. I like this saying of jimmysgirl424's:
"Please visit our wedding website to learn more about us and our Big Day!"
I appreciate all of your input as it helped me decide what to do.

I know this is late but we printed "Visit us online www.janeandbob.com" on return address labels and posted it at the top center on the back of the envelope. It was small but people loved it.
