Okay ladies, I need your help.

We are having a lunch meeting tomorrow and instead of ordering pizza like we do every single time, I'd love to go a different route.

Any suggestions?

A big sandwich spread- most grocery store deli departments can do a lunchmeat, cheese and condiment tray for you. Get some good breads, then grab some chips, dips, and you're set. And maybe bakery cookies for dessert?
Or, Olive Garden does party size trays of some of their stuff, too.
Or, Honey Baked Ham does some good stuff......
You know, or just buy a bunch of really yummy cheesecakes and be done with it (we got a surprise one here at work today....yummmmmmmmmmmm)

One of my favorite corporate lunches was a taco bar with all the sides. We also had an italian-style spread once - a pasta, a ravioli, 2 sauces, and chicken parm.

My office orders in every other Friday from one of a few nearby delis. We usually get to pick our own stuff, but there's only 6 of us, so it's easy. For a larger group, I would say go with a variety of sandwiches or wraps. Anything that involves utensils is usually more of a pain than it's worth.

But, if you like stuff that requires utensils, see if a nearby Italian restaurant can send over some dishes - baked ziti, pasta primavera, etc. Add a big salad and a tray of yummy breads and you're set!

If you normally do pizza, it sounds like a casual type of meeting.

Why not El Pollo Loco? Do you have those? They do say they 'cater' so you could probably get a good deal for a larger crowd.

Also, if you have Daphne's Greek foods there, they cater as well. Their food is so delicious. You would never think this was sold in a fast food type of setting.

what about catered mexican - Baja Fresh, Rubios, or even just a couple of decent salads? We do a catered dinner for our Junior League meetings each month and that's what we've had so far.

Yes, this used to be such a hit in our marketing meetings! It would always be gone in a flash. I also loved the wraps because you could get meat or veggie and they are healthy.
