Here's the best picture I have of mine. We had an ice sculpture to the left, then garlands of flowers in the front, and the birdcage card-holder on the right. We also had candles all around the cake.

BethElena, I'd have as many as I possibly could if I had my way. ;) I started this because am perplexed as to what to do for my cake table (having 2 cakes) ad I think mine is going to be a 6' long table at opposing ends - can't seem to find anything like that.

Here's what I'm hoping to do with mine. We're having a table full of cheesecakes instead of a cake, but I think you could incorporate the greenery, etc. on the table with just two cakes too:

Our cake table was very simple, but I was very happy with how it looked and it smelled just delicious!

Just went to a wedding in Wisconsin where the theme was Winter Wonderland. Her cake table was very simple, but I think the cake was so decorative it didn't need a lot. The little ornaments hanging from the ceiling with the "snow" in them were really cute:
