SO far, the 'theme' of my wedding has been plain and simple. I am not a girly girl, don't like a lot of fuss......
My dress is Mikaella 1057 (sash dress, with a periwinkle blue sash)

My original idea was Calla... but I'm wonderign if they are too boring and too simple.

So, I LOVE this bouqut (I think it was Butterfly0202)

It seems soft and romantic and timeless....but does it go okay with my dress??

First, your dress is beautiful! You look stunning in it!
Anyway, I was actually thinking about calla lillies myself for my bouquet, but my florist told me that they don't keep very well, especially in warmer weather. Maybe that is something to think about. They are beautiful flowers though.
I think though, judging by the bouquet you posted, you're looking for something with a bit more color to it. I think the rose bouquet you posted would be gorgious. I'd also consider something with hydrenga. It's not frilly, not too fancy, but it may bring out the periwinkle in your dress.

Even something with daisies as an accent flower would be nice. A very "friendly" bouquet :).
Anyway, I'm sure you're going to be happy with whatevre you choose. You've got excellent taste (going off your choices of dress and flowers). Have fun!

They are both beautiful!!! However, I like the calla lillies a little more. They are so elegant and the shape of them just give the bouquet a little edge.

I like callas, but since you see them often at weddings, it might be fun to mix them in with some other flowers... give them that little extra "something". You could easily add some white casablanca lilies to this bouquet. Casablancas are really fragrant, so this bouquet would smell amazing & the whole thing would have some varied texture:

I like the idea of adding a hint of blue to your flowers to coordinate with your sash. What about something like this:

Here's something similar to the photo above, but with roses & hydrangea instead of lilies:

I love the idea of hydrangea. It's got that lush, romantic look without being fussy. Ideas:

Hope this is somewhat helpful!
I love callas, and I think that they are absolutely the most simple and elegant flower.
What about adding in some white roses with the callas though? (My bouquet had calllas, roses, and orchids, although totally not in the color scheme you are looking at). I too had the vision of simple elegance- I think it was pulled off quite nicely by adding the roses.
It was quite warm the day of our wedding, and the callas in both the centerpieces and bouquet were fine (without a water source on the bouquet) We had a warm spell that weekend, and I know that the callas were warmer than they should have been in the days before the wedding- before they were used, but they turned out perfect, we had no problems whatsoever.

I think either bouquet you posted will go with your gown. With the blue sash, you have a lot of options, but my fave bouquet is the second one. While I love calla lilies... I'm sort of 'over' bouquets that only feature one kind of flower, because they look static to me and stiff - although those callas had some movement to them.
I tend toward colorful bouquets... but if I had to choose, I'd go with the second one you posted, or I'd add roses to the first bouquet in tones that would coordinate well with the blue sash... The faded blue hydrangea someone posted would be nice... but it's hard... getting the right color hydrangea can be really tricky...
The other ladies made lovely suggestions too.

I like the callas. They have a sleek elegance that compliments your dress.

My vote goes to the calla lilly bouquet. Just beautiful! And you could certainly "dress" them up if you felf they were a bit plain, with some colored ribbon to match the sash of your dress.

I really like the second bouquet!
ETA: My bouquet was kind of like the second one. It had a mix of flowers in white/cream/pink, because my wedding color was pink. My florist also put sparkly crystals in the stephanotis.

What if you did a mixed bouquet of white callas and roses, and had your florist put periwinkle crystals in some stephanotis and scatter those throughout? You could tie the whole look together with a blue ribbon around the bouquet!
I like the idea of adding a hint of blue to your flowers to coordinate with your sash. What about something like this:

Totally Agree with this!!!

I gotta go with this one too:

That's one of the best bouquets I've seen in a while. I think it's elegant like your dress and with the hint of color it won;t wash out into your dress with your pictures.
