Rub Recipes?

I love to use rubs on meats on the grill. I wanted to know if any of you have a favorite rub. Post them if you do!

My tried and true is equal parts of the following on beer can chicken:

Paprika
Brown Sugar
Pepper
Salt (I actually use less salt)

I haven't tried this one, but it sounds good:

1 tablespoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon kosher salt
3 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
8 cloves garlic, diced
1/3 cup olive oil

[Amuse Bouche]

I have one with equal parts cumin, cinnamon, sugar, salt, cayenne, ginger and dried mustard. It's especially good on salmon.

[Lizard]

We use Alton Brown's spice mixture for fried chicken, and have also used it on pork chops... it's awesome:

2 tablespoons kosher salt
2 tablespoons Hungarian paprika
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper


We have a rub for smoked pork butt, but I'll need to dig it up.
